THE ROLE – Security Specialist – Access Management
A detail-oriented and experienced Access Administrator to join SaskPower’s Enterprise Security & Architecture team. This role is responsible for managing user accounts, roles, and permissions across enterprise systems, supporting identity governance processes, and contributing to SaskPower’s broader cybersecurity strategy.

REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Education/Certifications:
• CISSP, CISM, or equivalent recognized security certification
Mandatory Experience:
• 5+ years of practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) within a medium-to-large enterprise
• Expertise in Active Directory, RBAC, and entitlement frameworks
• Knowledge of IT security controls, compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX), and IAM lifecycle processes
Desired Experience:
• Formal education in IT, cybersecurity, or a related discipline
• Experience within a regulated environment (utility, government, finance, etc.)
• Familiarity with audit preparation and control testing processes
• Prior involvement in integrating IAM platforms with HR systems, ticketing systems, and MFA/SSO solutions

DELIVERABLES
Access Provisioning & De-Provisioning Workflows
•    Ensure efficient, secure onboarding and offboarding of user access in line with approved enterprise policies.
Periodic Access Reviews & Audit Reporting
•    Conduct scheduled reviews of user access, producing comprehensive reports to support internal controls and external audits.
Access Incident Response & Remediation
•    Investigate suspicious access patterns, escalate anomalies, and support incident response activities related to privilege misuse or policy violations.
Role Design & Policy Documentation
•    Maintain detailed documentation for user roles, permission sets, and exception handling in compliance with enterprise architecture standards.
Credential & Password Management Oversight
•    Enforce enterprise password policies, manage resets, and support secure authentication practices including MFA deployment.

We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced UX DESIGNER / USER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST to support our client, SaskPower, with a focus on its SaskNuclear IT Program. This role is key to the success of user-centered design initiatives tied to the planning and execution of digital solutions within a highly regulated, high-profile utility context.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record as a UX design lead for corporate software and web applications. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, the UX Designer will deliver actionable insights and designs through wireframes, customer testing, and journey mapping—ensuring platforms are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with user needs and business objectives.
This is a hands-on, design leadership role involving in-person collaboration and testing, journey mapping, heuristic evaluations, and the delivery of both low- and high-fidelity mockups.

We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST – MPLS to support our client, SaskPower, across its enterprise IT operations, including but not limited to its Nuclear subsidiary. This role is integral to the configuration, administration, and support of SaskPower’s network infrastructure, with a strong focus on CISCO network hardware and DWDM/MPLS technologies. The successful candidate will help ensure the reliability, performance, and security of mission-critical network systems across a technically complex and highly regulated utility environment. This position offers hands-on work with advanced networking technologies while contributing to the stability and modernization of SaskPower’s province-wide IT operations.

THE ROLE – Solution Architect – Infrastructure
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure DevOps Engineer / Azure Solution Architect to assist with the design and development of the SaskNuclear Azure IT Environment—a critical part of SaskPower’s infrastructure modernization strategy. This role will focus on implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and building automated deployment pipelines to support a consistent, secure, and scalable Azure environment.
REQUIREMENTS
•    Proven experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
•    Strong expertise in automating deployment pipelines, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and security across all environments.
•    Demonstrated ability to architect and implement Azure solutions aligned with enterprise-grade cloud strategies.
•    Must be capable of working in a highly regulated, complex utility environment, adhering to strict compliance and operational standards.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
•    Hands-on experience managing the full suite of Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, and Boards.
•    Proven track record with CI/CD implementation, infrastructure deployment automation, and agile delivery practices.

SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYSTS

Systematix is seeking three SENIOR IT BUSINESS ANALYSTS to join our team in support of SaskPower’s SaskNuclear IT Program. These roles will be instrumental in leading requirements management and supporting the successful implementation of complex IT systems aligned with SaskPower’s strategic nuclear initiatives.
This is a high-impact opportunity suited for seasoned analysts with a deep understanding of enterprise-level IT environments, stakeholder engagement, and business process alignment—particularly within regulated, utility, or public sector frameworks. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a proactive approach to bridging business needs with IT delivery.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS:

•    Location: Onsite preferred (Regina, Saskatchewan)
•    Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST), with occasional after-hours support as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

•    8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments
•    Proven success leading large-scale system implementations, including both COTS and custom applications
•    Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, user-centered design, and business process modeling
•    Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate requirements across multiple stakeholders
•    Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
•    CBAP certification or equivalent experience is strongly preferred
•    Experience working in regulated sectors such as energy, utilities, or government is an asset

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Lead and support requirements gathering, documentation, and validation for IT systems within the SaskNuclear IT Program
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of both COTS and custom-built applications
•    Function as a senior business analyst and/or team lead on large-scale system initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
•    Facilitate user story development, backlog grooming, and sprint planning in Agile project environments
•    Apply user-centered design principles to ensure solutions are intuitive, effective, and meet stakeholder expectations
•    Develop and maintain business process models, use cases, workflows, and functional specifications
•    Engage with stakeholders to identify pain points, gather insights, and support solution development
•    Support testing, training, and transition-to-operations activities to ensure smooth solution rollout
•    Adhere to and promote best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle

DELIVERABLES

•    Requirements elicitation and documentation, including user stories and traceability
•    Business process workflows, journey maps, and capability mapping
•    Test planning and support documentation (technical and non-technical)
•    Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement
•    Product support design and operational transition planning
•    Other tasks as assigned by the SaskNuclear IT Program

SENIOR MESSAGING SUPPORT SPECIALIST (remote)

Systematix is seeking a SENIOR MESSAGING SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team in support of SaskPower’s enterprise collaboration and communication services. This role is focused on maintaining and optimizing Microsoft 365 messaging tools, Exchange Online, and related SharePoint environments, while providing exceptional support to end users and technical teams.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep experience in Microsoft messaging platforms, end-user support, and documentation within a regulated, enterprise-level IT environment.
LOCATION & WORK HOURS:
•    Services to be performed remotely
•    Work Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saskatchewan Time), with the possibility of occasional after-hours support as required.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION – KEY DELIVERABLES
The Messaging Support Specialist will contribute to the enhancement and ongoing support of SaskPower’s collaboration and messaging platforms, with a focus on SharePoint Online and related M365 services. Specific deliverables include:

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate must have hands-on experience in projects and operational support involving Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online, with a focus on development and platform configuration. Required expertise includes:

Proficiency in the SharePoint Platform
•    Strong understanding of SharePoint’s architecture, features, and development capabilities
•    Experience with SharePoint Online site design, customization, permissions, and workflows
•    Familiarity with integration points between SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online

Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
•    Proven experience working through all phases of SDLC: requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
•    Ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions

Development Experience
•    Background in front-end and back-end development within the Microsoft ecosystem
•    Experience with PowerShell, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Automate, or related M365 development tools is preferred
