About the Qualifications
Resource must have greater than ten years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years working as a programmer/software developer.
Resource must have a minimum of five years’ experience developing Salesforce functionality using a minimum of 4 of following out-of-the-box features: Configuration, Workflows, Approval processes, Lightning components, Process Builder, Visual Flows, Escalation Rules, Login Flows, and/or Omniscript.

Mandatory Education & Experience
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise information management.
Expertise in designing and implementing data warehouse, data lake, and data integration architectures.
Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, data pipelines, and relational and non-relational database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Snowflake, MongoDB).
Proven experience defining and enforcing data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions (Azure Data Services, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics environments (Power BI, Tableau).
Experience working with APIs, data virtualization, and integration patterns across enterprise systems.
