Responsabilités

Analyser les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques afin d’identifier les scénarios de tests pertinents

Expérience en analyse fonctionnelle dans des contextes TI orientés données

Senior Application/Software Architects (.NET)

About the Project

The scope of work is to design, develop, enhance and support custom business applications and services built on the Microsoft .NET platform. This includes defining application and solution architectures, preparing technical designs, guiding development teams, integrating with databases and enterprise services, improving performance, security and reliability, producing technical documentation, and providing knowledge transfer to staff.

About the Responsibilities

Provide senior technical expertise in designing and implementing enterprise applications using .NET Core or higher on the technology stack.
Lead and document solution and application architectures, including integration patterns, data access patterns, and security architecture.
Work with business and product owners to elicit, analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into technical designs.
Prepare detailed .NET solution designs (applications, services, APIs, data models) and obtain approvals from architecture and project authorities.
Design and optimize complex relational data models and data access layers for .NET solutions, including performance and scalability considerations.
Develop and review key .NET components, reference implementations and prototypes; conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Define and document deployment architectures in collaboration with infrastructure partners (e.g. environments, configuration, networking, disaster recovery).
Collaborate with IT Security to incorporate security controls, support vulnerability assessments and Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), and address security findings.
Contribute to the planning and implementation of .NET hosting/infrastructure (including work with SSC where required) and ensure that solutions achieve Authority to Operate in production.
Define and support testing strategies for .NET solutions (unit, integration and system testing), including quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.
Work within an agile delivery model, providing architectural input to backlogs, sprint planning, and technical risk mitigation.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations (architecture diagrams, design documents, decision records) to project stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to developers and support teams on .NET standards, patterns, tools and best practices.

About the Qualifications

A minimum of 15 years of experience as an Application/Software Architect (.NET).
A minimum of 9 years of experience working as an Application / Software Architect on product development through the various life-cycle stages from business conceptualization to design, implementation and support.
A minimum of 9 years of experience developing technical architectures* using .NET framework 4.6 or higher version, SQL server 2016 or higher version and IIS Architecture or Azure. The proposed resource must also have experience with at least 3 additional products or environments from the following: ASP.NET 4.5 or .NET Core 6 or higher, JavaScript or typescript, C#, Web Api or REST API, MVC, GIT. and/or Agile.
A minimum of 5 years of experience architecting solutions that support 2 out of 5 of the following protocols/technologies: OpenID Connect (for modern authentication and identity federation), OAuth 2.0 (for secure delegated authorization), JWT (JSON Web Tokens) (for token-based authentication and claims), SAML 2.0 (for enterprise Single Sign-On and identity federation), and/or HTTPS (secure communication over TLS).
A minimum of 5 years of experience designing architectures for Microsoft .NET framework 4.5 or higher version, where the resource integrated, connected, and interfaced services and features.
A minimum of 5 years developing .NET 4.5 solution architectures, creating functional design documents, translating business requirements into system requirements, and creating prototypes and implementing .NET solutions.
Experience as an application / software architect integrating applications with at least 2 of the following services: Active Directory, Single Sign on solution, and/or Web Services.
Experience in releasing and building pipelines in an Azure DevOps environment and developing in Azure Jobs, Functions and/or APIs.

Responsabilités:

• Rechercher et participer à l’implantation des solutions aux problèmes de performance;

• Soutenir ou orienter les analystes de réalisation à l’égard de la codification et de la construction des composantes logicielles ou l’utilisation des outils de développement utilisés par les projets;

• Élaborer l’architecture logicielle du projet qui repose sur une architecture dite n-tiers et qui traite, entre autres, de l’accès à de multi sources de données, de la gestion des erreurs, des patrons de collaboration, de la journalisation et des patrons de conception;

Exigences:

1. Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information (informatique, génie logiciel, génie informatique ou administration option SIO) ou posséder deux années d’expérience pertinentes pour chaque année de scolarité manquante ;

2. Posséder huit (8) années d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information, dont cinq (5) années en architecture logicielle dans un environnement technologique d’envergure

3. Posséder trois (3) années d’expérience dans au moins un projet de développement, dont l’envergure est de plus de 1000 JP, exigeant la maîtrise d’au moins deux (2) des techniques/progiciels suivants :

• technique de découpage;

• technique de conception de modules communs réutilisables et orientés objets;

• d’un progiciel de gestion de contenus Web comme par exemple :Typo3.

4. Posséder deux (2) années d’expérience dans la rédaction de règles fonctionnelles et logicielles pour un cadre de développement ainsi que dans la rédaction de dossiers d’architecture logicielle, de devis fonctionnels et devis d’essais système et inter-systèmes ;

They are seeking an IT Analyst to support day-to-day IT operations at a South England location, providing hands-on technical support and operational continuity as part of their global IT operations function. SharePoint Developer

We are Systematix and we are looking for a SharePoint Developer for an upcoming opportunity with a public sector client. The ideal candidate must already possess a security clearance at the Secret level (Level II) or higher.

About the Project

The Developer will work within SharePoint online and build custom SharePoint and power automate/power platform artefacts and provide advice on best practices related to SharePoint Online. Further, the Developer shall support the Manager and team by performing other duties and responsibilities related to the position as required.

About the Responsibilities

Develop custom SharePoint Online solutions, artefacts and working in the power platform on such items as Workflows and customized components as required.
Work through backlog list of post migration issues and bugs from the recent SharePoint on prem to SharePoint Online migration. Troubleshooting and modifying solutions to fix issues.
Determine level of effort and resource requirements to design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise business solutions.
Participate in the design, deployment, configuration, and administration of the SharePoint Online environment in support of the hosted business systems.
Participate in client demonstrations and workshops during the development cycle including testing and UAT cycles, proof of concept demo’s, requirements understanding sessions and pre and post implementation troubleshooting sessions.
Any other SharePoint Online/ power platform requirements can fall under the duties of the position such as development best practice implementation, standards development, documentation creation and knowledge transfer to internal team members as examples.

About the Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology/ Management
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an advisory role on SharePoint 2016 and SPO best practices and development standards.
Minimum of five (5) years of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 development experience.
Minimum of five 5 years of Microsoft SharePoint Online development experience using Power platform to build complex flows and apps.
The ability to translate technical information to the business and able to walk the business through complex use cases relevant to the development requirements.
Experience building flows and apps in business areas of Finance and Human Resources.
Previous experience working at CATSA considered as an asset as to onboard quickly with the business.

Identifier, analyser et gérer les risques organisationnels liés au changement, et communiquer les enjeux et bloquants aux parties concernées;

Planifier et organiser la logistique de formation (réservation de salles, invitations, matériel requis);

Animer les activités de formation, ateliers et séances de coaching;

Accompagner les employés afin de favoriser l’appropriation et l’adhésion aux changements;

Développer et animer une communauté de pratique en gestion du changement;

Accompagner les transitions structurelles découlant de la mise en place de nouveaux processus;

Assurer l’arrimage des travaux de gestion du changement avec la planification globale du projet.

IT SOX Analyst

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an IT SOX Analyst / Consultant for our client.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is a global life sciences organization operating in a highly regulated environment. They are seeking an IT SOX Analyst / Consultant to support the enactment, operation, and assessment of ITSOx controls across a defined portfolio of in-scope systems. This role supports audit readiness and ongoing compliance activities and works closely with IT, technical subject matter experts, and Internal Audit to ensure ITSOx controls are operating effectively and that audit evidence meets required standards.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will support ITSOx compliance objectives through control assessment, evidence validation, documentation, and audit coordination. You will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and auditors to ensure control effectiveness and transparency throughout the audit lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:

Executing ITSOx control enactment and assessment activities across a defined list of in-scope systems
Following the ITSOx Operational Calendar 2026 to plan activities and meet defined deliverable timelines
Performing data manipulation and analysis to support ITSOx control operation
Validating evidence supporting ITSOx controls against the Danaher ITSOx Suite of Controls
Assessing control operation to ensure Information Provided by the Entity (IPE) requirements are met for every instance
Identifying, documenting, and communicating control gaps, deficiencies, and issues
Maintaining trackers to provide transparency on progress and real-time identification of risks or issues
Producing and/or updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ITSOx in-scope systems
Supporting Internal Audit activities, including onsite participation as required
Collaborating with the wider ITSOx team and technical experts involved in SOX control operation

REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:

Experience supporting IT SOX / ITSOx controls, testing, or compliance activities
Working knowledge of IT General Controls and audit evidence requirements, including IPE
Experience working with control trackers, operational calendars, and audit deliverables
Strong data analysis and data handling skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to assess evidence critically and challenge control operation where required
Ability to work effectively with IT, business stakeholders, and auditors

Nice-to-have:

Experience supporting Internal or External Audit engagements
Experience working in a life sciences or other highly regulated industry
Experience producing or maintaining compliance documentation or SOPs
Experience working within a global ITSOx or compliance function

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: Hybrid – Cambridge, UK
Mandatory onsite periods:

July 20 through July 31
August 17 through August 28
Additional onsite collaboration up to one day per week in Cambridge, as required

Duration: 9 month Contract / Consulting engagement
