Description du Mandat

Le mandat consiste à participer au développement de solutions logicielles en mode traditionnel ou Agile et au maintien de certains actifs. Les ressources seront encadrées par les équipes projet, la direction du portefeuille de projets, et l’équipe d’architecture.

EXIGENCES

A) Posséder minimalement cinq (5) années d’expérience en technologies de l’information dont minimalement trois (3) années en conception de dossier d’affaires, de cas d’utilisation, de dossiers fonctionnels et techniques utilisant le UML ou le BPMN comme formalisme.

1. Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

2. Avoir réalisé minimalement deux (2) mandats d’analyses de haut niveau, telles des études d’opportunité, de faisabilité, de découpage en mode services d’affaires, dans un contexte de développement sur mesure ou d’implantation progicielle.

3. Avoir réalisé minimalement deux (2) mandats de conception de cas d’utilisation, de dossiers fonctionnels et techniques pour des projets d’une envergure de plus de 200 j-p et avoir géré ceux-ci auprès des clients ainsi que des équipes de réalisation technique en mode Agile.

 

3. Avoir réalisé minimalement deux (2) mandats de plus de 200 j-p chaque ayant nécessité la mise en place d’une équipe projet d’au moins quatre (4) ressources temps plein tout en ayant participé à l’évaluation des dossiers de valeurs, des requis fonctionnels, devis d’acquisition, du suivi des livraisons et de l’acceptation des développements en découlant.

 

De plus, voici quelques compétences clés que nous attendons d’un consultant en gestion du changement dans le cadre de ce projet :

 

Compétences techniques :

-Expérience dans la traduction des besoins d'affaires en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et détaillées.
-Compétence en documentation des requis fonctionnels et techniques.
-Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de gestion du changement dans un contexte complexe et afin de garantir une adoption réussie des nouvelles solutions.
– Expertise en élicitation des requis d’affaires et en analyse de processus d'affaires.
– Compétences en modélisation des processus d'affaires existants et futurs.
-Expérience dans le domaine du développement logiciel et les processus automatisés.
– Compétence dans le domaine de la gestion de l'identité et de l'accès, ainsi que dans la cybersécurité.
 

Compétences professionnelles :

– Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
-Capacité à présenter des informations de manière claire et concise, à la fois verbalement et par écrit.
– Capacité à former et à conseiller les utilisateurs sur les nouveaux processus et systèmes.
 

Compétences interpersonnelles :

– Capacité à inspirer et à motiver les autres à accepter et à adopter le changement.
– Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe, à la fois en tant que leader et en tant que membre de l'équipe.
 

Atouts importants :

– Expérience en gestion du changement pour des projets de cybersécurité, notamment pour la mise en place d’une solution d'authentification.
– Réalisation de mandats au sein d'organisations œuvrant dans un contexte.
– Certification reconnue en gestion du changement et en analyse d’affaires (ex : PROSCI, CBAP, Formation PMI, CMS, PMP…).

Télétravail:
Le candidat doit être dans la province du Québec à raison de 7 heures par jour (35 heures semaine).

Privacy Resource (Expert Level)

We are currently looking for a Privacy Resource (Expert Level) for our client. The IT Division of the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) has an ongoing need for an experienced and knowledgeable Privacy Resource to be a member of the team.
The Privacy Resource will support both the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General and the Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety to implement project-based IT solutions that are privacy-informed by surfacing privacy risks and crafting mitigation strategies. The Privacy Resource will be required to conduct privacy analyses and write Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) reports.
This position will be remote and aligned with the office hours of the (GOS) head office in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The intended start date for the role is July 22, 2024, for a one-year contract with a possible extension.

Our client is looking for a SAP Ariba Expert/Functional Analyst in a strategic role for work on residual risk calculation and Sourcing Request in Ariba module. As the SAP Ariba Expert, you will guide the organization through the process of the solution that the project team wants to implement in the application.

Applying your strong knowledge of KY3P processes (supplier and risk management), one of your responsibilities will be to get to know your third party processes and know the suppliers the organization does business with and assess the inherent risks of these suppliers.
