Bilingual SAP Ariba Expert/Functional Analyst (REMOTE)

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is looking for a Bilingual SAP Ariba Expert/Functional Analyst in a strategic role for work on residual risk calculation and Sourcing Request in Ariba module. As the SAP Ariba Expert, you will guide the organization through the process of the solution that the project team wants to implement in the application.

Applying your strong knowledge of KY3P processes (supplier and risk management), one of your responsibilities will be to get to know your third party processes and know the suppliers the organization does business with and assess the inherent risks of these suppliers.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Ariba SAP modules in general
Knowledge of the Risk Supplier module
Knowledge of KY3P processes (supplier and risk management)
Knowledge/experience of how to implement these processes in Ariba
Understanding of the financial, banking and OSFI (Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions) context

Business analyst/functional analyst background an asset
Bilingualism (French/English) is required, and must be able to write documentation in French. Experience on a similar mandate in the financial sector
Ideally having participated in the implementation phase
Ideally, has a background in third-party management for a Bank and can provide recommendations on best market practices in relation to residual risk management.
Ideally, a background in third-party management for a bank to advise on the creation of forms, approval flows, advice on optimizing practices.

Our client has been providing tools the scientific community needs to enable faster breakthroughs in critical areas of diseases and disorders.  As Senior Data Analyst, you will be a part of the decentralised analytics team which is committed to partnering with all functions and analysts to deliver analytics and insights across the business. ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management and Reporting & Data Services Project Manager to lead and oversee the integration and deployment of complex systems for the organization on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, resources, and risks, and ensure successful implementation of systems to meet objectives. Project management certification is desirable.

We are Systematix and we are looking for a Senior SAP BASIS Administrator to fill a 4-month+ contract position (with 2 renewal options of 2 months each) with one of our National Media Clients in their Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal offices.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Senior SAP Basis Administrator for SAP solutions role’s responsibilities include installation, migration, unicode conversion, upgrade, configuring, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance of the SAP technical environment (Application and Database). Within this role, you must have excellent SAP basis admin skills, business and technical analytical skills and a customer focus.

As part of this project operations in which you will be involved, you will be responsible for properly documenting the processes followed for installation, migration, unicode conversion, upgrade, configuring, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance requests or issues.

Participate in the planning and implementation of SAP system migration, unicode conversion and upgrades. Research and propose options and resolutions to issues or enhancements in line with SAP best practice.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

The SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for the following components:
 

• SAP ECC 6.0
• SAP SRM
• SAP Portal
• SAP BW
• SAP GRC
• As part of this project in which you will be involved, you will be responsible for Installation, migration, unicode conversion, upgrade, configuring, monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting and maintenance of the SAP technical environment (Application and Database).
• Introduce technical changes in the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation for all SAP instances and collaboration with ABAP development team in helping with relevant SAP Interfaces documentation.
• Coordinating the management and maintenance of the systems
• Maintaining the integrity of the SAP landscape by managing the SAP STMS to ensure all relevant SAP transports are promoted properly.
• Monitoring SAP systems (work processes, users, system logs, short dumps, locks, dev traces, disk space)
• Working with other T&I teams/colleagues like SysOps & DBA to coordinate and plan proper maintenance for OS & DB related patching needs.
• Collect, document and review requirements into technical design documents based on a full understanding of the functionality required.
• Prepare feasibility studies for new technologies, or for optimization of development areas, including detailed estimation.
• Work collaboratively with the functional and ABAP teams and other T&I teams (Network, IDM, SysOps, DBA, Etc.).
• Identify needs for upgrading or enhancements where current technical capacity does not meet client requirements based on recurring issues or future needs.

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

• Mandatory hands-on experience with installation, migration & unicode conversion project
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or College Diploma with relevant experience
• Minimum five (5) years of experience occupying the role of a SAP Basis using SAP Netweaver technology for our SAP applications solutions (ECC, SRM, BW, Portal, GRC & SolMan)
• Senior level expertise in the areas of SAP systems administration (Unix/Linux) and solid analysis & design skills
• Broad knowledge of the SAP software suite, hands-on experience in SAP migration and Unicode conversion path
• Strong knowledge of SAP Best Practices and Standards
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in the documentation, analysis, research and design of solutions within a medium to large enterprise using SAP and a release management program
• In depth knowledge of systems management, administration and project life cycle methodologies including implementation experience for at least one major project end to end
• Possess experience leveraging tools such as SAP Solution Manager, as well as Google productivity tools (or similar) to design and document your changes.
• Familiar with change management, incident management methodologies and tools (ITSM, ITIL)
• SAP certification or training, and knowledge of Agile practices for specification and testing are not required, but are an asset.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English are required; French is considered a strong asset.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a 4-month full-time contract (Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day) engagement. Preference will be given to candidates residing within a reasonable distance from Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal. This is a HYBRID role that is mostly remote with 1-2 days/week onsite, as needed. There will be 2 renewal options of 2 months each.

Hardware Verification Specialist

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Hardware Verification Specialist with strong communication and technology skills to fill a contract position with one of our key Life science clients.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Our client is one of North America’s leading Scientific Test and Measurement organizations, with offices worldwide.  As Hardware Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing verification test plans, protocols and reports in all phases of product development life cycle (including post-launch).  You will use the provided test tools and agile processes to assist projects, ensure that the products work as designed and manage the tools, frameworks and verification environments.

Specifically, your responsibilities in this role are:

• Creating and executing specific product verification procedures that would show the suitability and demonstrate quality of the software and system elements that are an integral part of a given product, i.e. verification plans, test protocols and cases, verification reports, etc
• Executing all aspects of the verification effort required for a given project, including in some cases validation and where necessary assisting others in either verification or validation efforts.
• Implementing and documenting configurations/ networks/ equipment/ instrument needed to ensure a complete hardware and software configuration coverage necessary to support a full lab and customer workflow process.
• Working with research scientists, service engineers, application specialists and managers to characterize and troubleshoot product issues.
• Suggesting and verifying fixes and corrective and preventive actions.
• Assisting other R&D individuals in the execution of their specific tests for example regulatory and software development Reporting in a timely manner verification progress, issues, risks, and requirements compliance status.
• Reviewing product documentation such as requirements and product specifications, functional specifications review.
• Storing and archiving of verification raw data, documents and records for new and existing products.
• Instrument and computer maintenance. Troubleshooting and assessing released product issues.
• Active participation in the evaluation and introduction of new tools, techniques, approaches, and verification methods.
• Elaboration and execution of ISO procedures developed for the Verification function.
• Calibrating, testing, optimization and troubleshooting mass spectrometer range of products and options according to work instructions and procedures.
• Meeting cycle time as defined by Technical Consultant.
• Recording all test data as directed by procedures and work instructions.
• Implementing corrective and preventive action as required.
• Daily torque verification.
• Working on final test improvement projects when required.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Engineering or Science background (M.Sc or PhD highly desirable)
• 1+ years of Laboratory Method Development experience
• 1+ years of Mass Spectrometer experience
• 1+ years of working with LC devices and peripherals
• 4+ years of experience in a hands-on testing role and is comfortable across a whole range of testing including regression, performance, stress, acceptance, exploratory and system testing

We are Systematix and we are looking for a Senior PeopleSoft Infrastructure Resource for an opportunity with a Federal Government department.

As an ERP Technical Analyst, you have extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft Infrastructure. You’ll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience:
• Implementing, upgrading, or supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 8.9 (or greater).

We are Systematix and we are looking for a Clarity PPM Functional Lead to fill a remote six-month+ contract position with our global consulting client. (Open to all residents of Canada or USA).

The Functional Lead is responsible for partnering with valued clients to help guide them in meeting business needs and maximizing the value from their Clarity PPM investment. Through consultative skills, business knowledge and Clarity PPM expertise, the Functional Lead will act as a trusted adviser to help clients make informed decisions.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct assessment and gap analysis (may also include maturity assessment) of organization's current/future state of project, program and/or portfolio management and build road map of short-term/long-term goals
