C# Test Automation Developer (Hybrid)

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITES
- Contribute to the strategy for the transiton from manual to an automated testing environment
- Identifying gaps in the test automation framework and participating in the work to close those gaps
- Creating robust automated test case suites using a test automation framework
- Creating test data creation tools and using them to generate test data
- Ensuring that the automation routines run on demand or on schedule
- Participating in the defect process, ensuring that defects are documented, tracked and reported to facilitate timely resolution
- Producing and presenting automated testing-related reports and information, such as requirement-based coverage, testing progress and problem areas
- Analyzing the impact of a change from a testing perspective, including time, cost and risk
- Preparing testing estimates that incorporate all the activities required to effectively automate the testing of a system
- Maintaining and adhering to IT standards and guidelines for testing and test automation
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, preferred.
Strong knowledge of C# development
Experience working with testing methodologies and strategies, functional testing, performance, scalability and regression testing.
Background in Automation Framework Development.
Familiarity with software testing tools such as TestComplete, Ranorex, Load Test, Coded UI, Framework for Integrated Test, or “Fit” etc.
Experience with CI/CD principles and build, deploy and version control tools (BitBucket, Git, Bamboo and/or Mercurial.
Past participation in test planning/execution, test strategy and data definition, data setup, and reporting on defects as well as status and metrics.
Experience with scripting
Understanding of SDLC as well as Agile/Scrum testing methodologies
- Experience in a scientific/lab environment is a strong asset

Senior Software Engineer
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our client’s R&D program to develop automated Industrial manufacturing process controls.
About the Project
Our client is one of the leading Diagnostics and Life Sciences companies, with offices around the world. Working as a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing advanced algorithms for precision, automated Industrial manufacturing process controls. As a small team developing their own manufacturing automation & IoT controls platform, you will be exposed to a varied tech stack of both in-house and externally sourced components. You will also get to work with mechanical and electrical systems that are controlled by your software. You will require a strong understanding of Windows 10 operating system developed Industrial control systems and Allen Bradly PLC interfaces on an Industrial PC platform. About the Qualifications

- A minimum of 5 years of experience developing either programs, applications, enhancements or add-ons using both of the following: ABAP objects programming techniques or Object oriented programming techniques.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience developing in SAP version ECC 6.0 or more recent version.
- Must hold a current and valid SAP certification in ABAP.

About the Project

- Managing/setting up servers (physical & virtual) using management tools: HP SIM/Oneview, Solarwinds, iLo Amplifier, 5Nine
- Managing/setting up UPS
- Installation/removal of equipment in DCs (data centers)

Support:
- HPE SIM (monitor alerts, run reports, version upgrades, add servers)

Multiple PeopleSoft Resources Required
Systematix is looking for multiple PeopleSoft resources. Work is remote for an Ottawa-based client. Ideal candidate already possesses a security clearance at the Enhanced Reliability level or higher. This is a multi year contract to start over the next 3 months.
Description of Requirement
The resource will be required, without limitation, to perform any combination of the following tasks:
- Develop technical standards including, but not limited to web accessibility, frameworks and strategies, for the PeopleSoft HCM 9.1+ modules and/or PeopleSoft 9.1+ CRM (PeopleSoft HR Help Desk) solution, to meet the business and application requirements;
- Collaborate with the Technical Authority to develop or assist with business and functional requirements, project scope, and/or estimates of effort and duration;
- Analyze functional and business requirements, and translate them into technical requirements;
- Provide technical expertise, advice, support on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1+ modules and/or PeopleSoft 9.1+ CRM (PeopleSoft HR Help Desk);
- Lead unit, integration and performance tests;
- Lead the building of interfaces between PeopleSoft HCM 9.1+ modules and PeopleSoft HR Help Desk, as well as internal information systems;
- Lead the development of ad-hoc programs, reports and interfaces to ensure custom development conforms to functional specifications;
- Provide timely and complete knowledge transfer to project team staff through individual and group training, shadowing, demonstrations, and written instructions;
- Review and analyze system enhancement requests and functional requirements identified by Business Analysts;

- Develop and analyze requirements using PeopleTools (i.e., Security Administrator, Application Designer, PeopleCode, PS Queries, Integration Broker, Application Engine, Message Catalog, Datamover, etc.);
- Lead the design and the development of technical programs for data conversion, application security, compare programs and reports;
- Provide expertise and support during the PeopleTools 8.58+ upgrade;
- Review and analyze PeopleSoft Commercial releases; analyze comparison reports for the Technical/Functional teams and provide full technical analysis of the impact of these releases on the PeopleSoft application and its environments; and
- Lead the analysis and the development of the PS ad-hoc reports using BI Publisher, Application Engine, PS Query and SQR 1.
Power Platform Technical Analyst, Level 3
We are Systematix and we are looking for a ERP Technical Analyst, Level 3 proficient in MS Power Portal, Power Apps and Power Automate for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department. About the Project
The client requires the services of a resource to design, model develop and implement a new stakeholder management solution which may include configuration, installation, and support of an Microsoft Azure Services, Power Platform including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal Pages and Dynamics 365 solution either wholly or as part of a team.
About the Responsibilities
- Under the oversight of a System Architect, and Project Manager, lead the technical implementation of a Power Platform based solution (using MS Dynamics 365) that can be leveraged for either a common communication tracking system and/or one that can be re-used for other business programs for work intake, tracking, and management;
- Discuss solution design and functionality with technical service lines to understand technical stakeholder’s requirements;
- Develop a plan describing the steps necessary to create the solution based on current architecture models and business requirements, including specification requirements documents;
- Lead developments in the Power Platform portion of the solution. Example Business Analysts, Architects, Security, etc.;
- Participate in focus groups and requirement sessions to establish and understand stakeholder requirements;

SAP PO-PI Specialist Level 3
We are Systematix and we are looking for a SAP PO-PI Specialist Level 3 for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department. Ideal candidate already possesses a security clearance at the Secret level (Level II) or higher.

The resource will provide FIORI, ABAP, Portal, business planning and consolidation and process orchestration support for the client’s SAP platforms.
About the Responsibilities
- Assist development teams from project initiation through to production implementation in a consultative role, representing both PO and PI;
- Assist application support teams to monitor PI environment availability and identify potential issues to prevent unplanned outages;
- Assess and resolve SAP PI application failures;
- Analyze dumps, traces, and logs in order to determine root cause of specific problems;

About the Qualifications

- A minimum of 18 months of experience providing support in SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and SAP Process Integration (PI) where the resource performed all of the following: analysis, configuration, problem resolution, and testing;
- Experience in the life cycle of projects where the resource performed all of the following in both SAP PO and PI: analysis, recommendations, design and development, configuration, implementation, conversion, and documentation;
- Experience performing all of the following in SAP Workflow and SAP PI Business Management (BPM) Workflow engine and modelling: designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and testing;
- Experience performing all of the following for the security controls involved to secure an SAP NetWeaver PO or PI application: designing, developing, configuring, implementing, and testing;

Data/Functional Analyst
We are Systematix and we are looking for a Data/Functional Analyst to fill a fulltime permanent position with one of our key clientele in Toronto.
About the Project
Reporting to the Manager of Data Analytics and Insights, this position is responsible for enforcing and upholding the importance of data policies and strategies to create a suite of analytics solutions to achieve organizational strategic goals and objectives. The data analyst works with various stakeholders to identify analytical needs, and translate the requirements; develop, compile and present the analysis supported by data. In addition, other responsibilities will include process improvement initiatives, as well as, participating in projects in business transformation and process improvement initiatives. The position is also required to understand and follow legislative requirements and guidelines.
This is for the most part a generalist role with responsibility for all the steps in data analytics life cycle, from gathering requirements from internal clients, ETL, EDA, pipelining to deployment of solution. The organization is putting in a lot of infrastructures, both in terms of technology as well as developing and applying discipline with proper documentation and policies. The ideal candidate has some experience in all of these areas and the maturity and discretion to handle privileged datasets and mentor junior data analysts.

- Assist Manager, Data Analytics and Insights in management and development of various analytics projects across multiple business functions and teams
- Act as a primary source of expertise in the data structure and workflow of various supporting systems
- Work directly with business users with variety of level of expertise and requirements to identify and translate the business case into technical requirements for development of full analytics solutions

About the Requirements

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Functions, formulas, charts, tables, and power query)
- Demonstrated experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate and creating suite of analytics dashboards
- 3-4 years of Proven Power BI Skills (Advanced DAX, Advanced Power Query, M Language forprocessing and POC building in PBI which requires ability tobuild complex data modelling and DAX measures)
- Good business acumen, ability to make sense of dollars and cents metrics of a financial company and understand how the KPI you build helps profitability in context of how the organization functions specifically

Target Process Agile Coach/Consultant (Remote)
We are Systematix and we are looking for a Target Process Agile Coach/Consultant to fill a remote six-month+ contract position with our global consulting client (Open to all residents of Canada or USA).
About the Project
The Target Process Agile Coach will partner with valued clients to guide them through their Agile transformation. Working with a diverse range of clients, a successful candidate will have the ability to adapt and perform in numerous Agile environments acting as a strategic partner and thought leader.
About the Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and team members to effectively guide them in their Agile journey.
- Assess the current state of the client organization and recommend optimal Agile practices based on client future state goals.
- Coach and facilitate development teams through all aspects of the Agile process including release planning, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Perform in various Agile roles where needed, including Scrum Master.
- Influence all levels of an organization to help implement recommended changes.
- Other duties as assigned
About the Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT full development life cycle
- 3+ years’ experience in product ownership, as a Scrum Master or with the Agile methodology, enabling enterprise-wide Agile transformation
- Tooling experience with Apptio Target Process (2 + years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Scrum Master Certification CSM, PMP-ACP, or CSP
- Agile Coach or other Agile Certifications preferred (ICP-ACC, PSM I, PSM II, SAFe)
- Experience with Target Process (Agile tool) required
- Proven ability to establish immediate credibility with clients, build consensus and achieve goals through influence
- Ability to help teams write user stories, identify dependencies and design optimal solutions
- Expert knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform and understand multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a home office setting
About the Roles
This is a 6-month+ REMOTE contract position open to residents of Canada or USA with a very strong possibility of extending based on performance.
