ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent)
5+ years’ experience in the implementation of Oracle Order Management
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations.
The ability to act as liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; applies equal conveyance regarding business strategy and IT strategy, business processes, business initiatives and IT initiatives,

Systematix is currently looking for Microsoft InTune Support Specialist to maintain and support a growing number of services for one of the global leaders in Life Sciences technologies.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is a global leader in science and technology, providing a breadth of expertise and solutions to customers worldwide.  Working with the for the Client technologies division, you will be a significant contributor to the enterprise wide rollout of their cloud based endpoint management solution.  You will be responsible for providing support for Global IT Operations including service desk and support of all relevant IT infrastructure, systems and applications.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Working with key people in the global IT departments to provide secure, reliable Shared Services that you help test, implement and support.
Intune automation, device configuration/restrictions, application/package deployment, content distribution, and troubleshooting
Administering the Autopilot process, including understanding the Enrollment Status Page (ESP), device joining, and Intune Enrollment.
Utilizing Intune software update groups to maintain Windows workstations

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects
Experienced with large scale infrastructure rollouts and upgrades
Expertise in Microsoft InTune Deployment and Enrollment
Strong experience in InTune and AutoPilot, including device enrollment, policy management, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and conditional access.

Systematix is currently looking for an Electrical Engineering Technologist to enable design, integration and verification of key technologies on world-class, state-of-the-art analytical instruments for our Life Sciences technologies client.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is one of North America’s leading Scientific Test and Measurement organizations, with offices worldwide. Their global footprint and outstanding service have made them a trusted partner worldwide amongst scientists in drug development, food and environment testing, and clinical research. Working as Engineering Technologist as part of the Hardware Product Development team, you will collaborate with high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams engaging in all phases of the product development life cycle process , from concept realization through to commercialization and post-launch.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing system-level troubleshooting of test-beds during early research and product commercialization phases of project, to maximize test-bed evaluation uptime
• Collaborating with engineering and/or research scientists to conduct system characterization, while documenting and reporting-out on measurements based upon experiments and evaluations.
• Working closely with engineers, scientists and other engineering technologists to kit, assemble and integrate components and sub-assemblies for R&D-grade test-beds
• Working with systems engineering and technical leads to ensure that proper configuration management of testbeds are maintained during above-noted project phases

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS

Accreditation from a Canadian college or equivalently-accredited post-secondary institution as an Electrical (EE) or Mechanical (ME) Engineering Technologist. Preference will be given to EE technologists who bring demonstrated experience in Mechanical integration, or ME technologists who bring a similar focus to Electrical integration.

Eligibility for certification by a provincial or territorial association (eg OACETT) is a requirement

Familiarity with manufacturing processes, and having direct experience in precision assembly and build of electro-mechanical prototypes (whether from a manufacturing or R&D environment ) is a strong asset

Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) through use of electronic test & measurement systems (eg DVMs, oscilloscopes, data loggers, logic analyzers, etc)

3+ years of workplace experience in the above-mentioned capacity (co-op experience may be considered if relevant to the role)

Must be proactive, results-oriented and willing to be part of a larger team working in conjunction with engineers and scientists.

Ability able to multi-task between work activities, work to challenging deadlines and have strong organizational skills.

Excellent report-writing and oral communication skills for creating and sharing reports

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Our client is one of North America’s leading Scientific Test and Measurement organizations, with offices worldwide.  As Hardware Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing verification test plans, protocols and reports in all phases of product development life cycle (including post-launch).  You will use the provided test tools and agile processes to assist projects, ensure that the products work as designed and manage the tools, frameworks and verification environments.

Specifically, your responsibilities in this role are:

• Creating and executing specific product verification procedures that would show the suitability and demonstrate quality of the software and system elements that are an integral part of a given product, i.e. verification plans, test protocols and cases, verification reports, etc
• Executing all aspects of the verification effort required for a given project, including in some cases validation and where necessary assisting others in either verification or validation efforts.
• Implementing and documenting configurations/ networks/ equipment/ instrument needed to ensure a complete hardware and software configuration coverage necessary to support a full lab and customer workflow process.
• Working with research scientists, service engineers, application specialists and managers to characterize and troubleshoot product issues.
• Suggesting and verifying fixes and corrective and preventive actions.
• Assisting other R&D individuals in the execution of their specific tests for example regulatory and software development Reporting in a timely manner verification progress, issues, risks, and requirements compliance status.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:

Systematix is currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer to assist with an ITSM deployment project.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is one of the world’s leading Life Science organizations, with offices around the globe. As they continue to expand their footprint, they require ServiceNow ITSM Deveclopers for their Shared Services team.  As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing standards and innovative solutions that support the success of the collaborative, science and technology driven businesses, specifically focused on the implementation, development and configuration and administration of ServiceNow.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Create rational, competent-based technological designs from functional specifications
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations to meet business needs.
Perform code reviews to ensure that the quality bar is being met with regard to coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
Implement and maintain ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service catalog.
Create and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field
Experienced in the implementation and operation of the ServiceNow platform
Strong experience with ServiceNow development
Knowldegeable in CMDB and ITSM
Experience with 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow
Significant experience supporting infrastructures and projects
Experienced in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, process and monitoring are key elements to success.
Proven track-record of successfully leading technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.
ServiceNow certifications are a very strong asset

• Participer à l’occasion au recueil et à la définition des besoins utilisateurs;

• Préparer et modifier les jeux d’essais existants;
• Réaliser les essais unitaires et apporter les correctifs nécessaires;
• Soutenir la réalisation des essais fonctionnels et des essais d’acceptation;
• Identifier et résoudre les problèmes techniques;
• Effectuer la migration des composantes;
• Offrir le soutien technique aux analystes et autres membres de l’équipe;
• Préparer des dossiers de mise en production et soutenir la production;
• Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation;
• Toute autre activité en lien avec ce poste.

Compétences et expériences souhaitées:

• Détenir un DEC ou un baccalauréat en informatique ou autre discipline pertinente;
• Posséder au moins huit (8) ans d’expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l’information;
• Posséder au moins quatre (4) ans comme analyste développeur Java
• Maitriser la méthodologie Agile-Scrum.

Environnement technologique :

• Java (Spring Core/Data/MVC, Hibernate, JSP) avec JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap et JQuery;
• Angular, JSON, Typescript, NodeJS, OAuth, XML, PL/SQL, SGBD Oracle, Tomcat et Maven;
• GIT, Jenkins et IDE– Éclipse.

Note:la maitrise d’un niveau de français intermédiaire est exigée pour ce poste.

Horaire:

Flexible et variable; 35 heures/semaine, du lundi au vendredi.

Salaire:

Selon l’expérience du candidat.
