We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced PERFORMANCE & AUTOMATED TEST SPECIALIST to support our client, a large power utility, in executing advanced test strategies for critical enterprise systems. This role involves developing and maintaining automated and performance test frameworks, designing and running test scripts, and analyzing test outcomes to ensure systems meet rigorous performance standards. The ideal candidate brings extensive expertise in tools like OpenText UFT/QTP, LoadRunner, and ALM (HPQC), and has a proven track record of successful enterprise-level testing initiatives across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and cloud-based applications.
Location & Work Hours
Location: Preference is for onsite work in Regina, Saskatchewan. Flexibility for offsite may be considered if no local resource is available. Offsite candidates must submit daily summary reports.

Mandatory Education & Experience

– Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent mix of education and experience.
– Formal software testing training.
– Strong experience with:
  • SAP and OpenText automated testing
  • OpenText Functional Testing (UFT/QTP)
  • OpenText Performance Engineering/LoadRunner
  • OpenText ALM (HPQC)
  • Creating and executing test frameworks and performance tests
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Experience in SDLC and agile methodologies.
– Able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet tight deadlines.

Project Manager

We’re currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support our client, a large power utility, in leading critical operational initiatives. This role is centered on managing complex, integrated enterprise-level projects, with a specific focus on operations control systems and smart metering. The successful candidate will be responsible for the AMI Upgrade Project and the CROW Generation Project, delivering within an enterprise-scale, regulated utility environment.
The ideal candidate holds a current PMP or Prince2 certification and has experience implementing large-scale operational technologies.

LOCATION & WORK HOURS:

•    Location: Primarily onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan. Remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
•    Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST

REQUIREMENTS

•    PMP or Prince2 certification (mandatory)
•    Proven experience managing:
     o    Projects related to operations control rooms.
     o    Enterprise-level system integrations.
•    Demonstrated success managing large-scale project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
•    Familiarity with AMI systems and utility generation control projects is an asset.

DELIVERABLES

The Project Manager will be accountable for the following key project deliverables:
•    End-to-end delivery of the AMI Upgrade Project.
•    Full lifecycle management of the CROW Generation Project.
•    Coordination across technical and business teams to ensure timely, budget-aligned execution.
•    Reporting, risk tracking, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project life cycle.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a full-time contract role starting July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026 (12 months). The position is based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

Cyber Security Specialist

We’re currently seeking a skilled and experienced CYBER SECURITY SPECIALIST to support our client, SaskPower, within its Nuclear subsidiary and broader enterprise. This role plays a key part in strengthening the client’s cybersecurity posture by implementing, monitoring, and optimizing advanced cloud and enterprise security controls. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001) and proactively mitigate cybersecurity risks in a highly regulated, mission-critical infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on, senior role requiring deep familiarity with Microsoft security tools, cloud platforms, and vulnerability management technologies.
Location & Work Hours
– Location: Onsite at SaskPower facilities in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Requirements
Mandatory Education & Experience

– Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT security or cybersecurity operations.
– Proven experience with:
  • Microsoft Azure security tools (Defender, Sentinel, etc.)
  • SIEM platforms, incident response, threat detection, and automated remediation
  • Tenable One or other vulnerability management systems
  • Scripting and automation (PowerShell, JSON, KQL, Logic Apps)
Security Frameworks & Compliance
– Familiarity with:
  • NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • ISO/IEC 27001/27002
  • Relevant CSA standards
– Deep knowledge of cybersecurity incident response methodologies.
Desired Certifications
