ServiceNow Project Manager
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to support a global enterprise organization undertaking a multi-year ServiceNow rollout across multiple operating companies.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The core ServiceNow platform has already been implemented at the corporate level, and the current phase focuses on onboarding additional OpCos with minimal customization. The implementation is being delivered in partnership with a global SI, with internal teams responsible for coordination, governance, and rollout execution. The program is currently in the UAT phase for its first major OpCo and will continue in a phased rollout over approximately three years.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation across OpCo rollouts
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external SI partners
- Drive UAT planning, execution oversight, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment across geographically distributed teams in North America and Europe
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Support onboarding of new OpCos onto the existing ServiceNow platform
- Ensure a minimal customization approach is maintained while meeting business and regulatory requirements
- Engage and manage senior stakeholders across business and IT functions
ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM modules including Incident, Change, CMDB, and ITOM
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Experience working alongside System Integrators in large-scale implementations
- Strong knowledge of UAT processes and delivery governance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including senior executive engagement
- Ability to navigate global delivery models and distributed teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership capabilities
ABOUT THE ROLE
Remote contract role aligned to Eastern Time Zone
Multi-phase engagement aligned to a three-year program with strong potential for extension; 6 month engagement to start
AI DISCLOSURE
