Systematix is currently seeking a Project Manager for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative within an enterprise IT environment.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking a strategic initiative to implement a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, including integration with enterprise systems and modernization of customer service capabilities.

This role requires an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery using Agile methodologies while coordinating with business and technical teams in a customer-facing environment.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based contact centre implementation project
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate vendor engagement and SaaS solution integration with enterprise systems
• Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning and delivery tracking
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and customer service teams
• Support change management, user adoption, and operational readiness
• Ensure alignment with customer service objectives and business outcomes
• Oversee documentation and deliverables in accordance with SaskPower standards
• Provide regular reporting, status updates, and executive communications
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

Must-have:

• PMP certification (mandatory)
• Significant experience as an IT Project Manager
• Proven experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions and managing vendors
• Strong experience with Agile project methodologies
• Experience working in contact centre or customer service environments
• Ability to manage stakeholder change, adoption, and readiness
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, WFM, CRM)
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments and integrations

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location: Hybrid (Regina, Saskatchewan – onsite meetings required periodically)
Planned Start Date: June 1, 2026
Planned End Date: December 31, 2027
Duration: ~19 months (with potential for extension)
Guaranteed Utilization: 100%

This is a long-term engagement, offering stability and continuity on a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative.

PAY DISCLOSURE:

Intermediate (6–9 years): $90–$105/hr
Senior (10+ years): $105–$125/hr

Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and alignment with Saskatchewan public-sector market benchmarks.
