About the Project

As part of the client’s ERP Modernization and Business Transformation, we are implementing a best-in-class Oracle ERP solution and seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC) Specialist to support Oracle Risk Management Cloud applications. The Oracle FRC Specialist will play a key role in ensuring financial reporting compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Using Oracle Risk Management Cloud, the specialist will design, implement, and maintain FRC frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage risks effectively. Reporting to the ERP Workstream Lead – ERM, Internal Control, and GRC, this role is responsible for escalating relevant issues to operational and working teams as needed.

Guidewire Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented Guidewire Business Analyst for our client, Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI). This role will support Guidewire production backlog management and enhancements, ensuring smooth system functionality and improvements.
LOCATION & WORK HOURS:
•    Services may be performed onsite (Regina), hybrid, or remotely within Canada.
•    Work hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saskatchewan Time, with potential after-hours support.
THE PROJECT
SGI recently implemented Guidewire and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to:
•    Gather, validate, and document business requirements for resolving production issues and enhancing the platform.
•    Provide guidance and recommendations to SGI’s Guidewire product teams based on best practices and past experience.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1.    Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
2.    Minimum 5 years of experience gathering business requirements, resolving production issues, and elaborating enhancements.
3.    Guidewire experience is mandatory. Expert-level proficiency is considered an asset.
4.    Experience with Guidewire InsureCloud for Canada is an asset.
5.    Experience in the Canadian property and casualty insurance industry is an asset.
6.    Industry-recognized certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) are preferred.
7.    Advanced expertise in requirement elicitation, including business, technical, nonfunctional, security, and testing requirements.
8.    Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and project delivery processes (Agile, Waterfall).
9.    Advanced skills in documenting epics, features, and user stories in JIRA.
10.    Advanced validation skills, ensuring user story testing meets acceptance criteria.
11.    Proficiency in project management fundamentals.
12.    Solid knowledge of core insurance concepts and principles.

Our client is seeking a Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in wireless troubleshooting, desktop troubleshooting, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves working directly with senior technical teams within the IT department and business users to assist in diagnosing and resolving critical technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with multiple teams will be required.

Our client is currently facing significant performance issues with Windows laptops, particularly related to wireless performance. The successful candidate will act as a key problem-solver, owning and addressing these issues, consulting with internal technical teams as necessary, and ensuring all problems are resolved to completion. Technical Support Engineer

Our client is seeking an InTune Administrator with significant expertise in rolling out and supporting InTune from end to end. This role will focus on deploying and supporting all InTune features to meet the client’s requirements, with the goal of completing the project to production and enabling the internal team to be self-sufficient within a 6-month timeframe. Experience managing the broader Microsoft ecosystem, including Entra ID/Directory Services/M365, would be highly advantageous.

Project Systems and Asset Accounting Specialist

We are currently looking for SYSTEMS AND ASSET ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST for our client. The Province of Nova Scotia, Department of Cyber Security and Digital Services Branch is delivering a multi-year program (currently known as the SAP Modernization Program (SAP MP)) to modernize the SAP systems for its client organizations.
This remote/hybrid position may require infrequent in person visits to the head office in Halifax, Nova Scotia and will have a start date of February 10th, 2025, ending May 30th, 2025.
THE PROJECT
The SAP MP is currently executing the Financial & Logistical Systems (FLS) Project. That will result in the implementation of a single instance of S/4Hana environment for both the financial and logistical systems for NSH/IWK, NSRCEs/CSAP and the Province. The project is now in the Realize Build Phase of the Finance and Logistics Services Project.

KEY QUALITIES OF THE RESOURCE WILL BE
The Specialist will play a key role in the SAP Modernization Program through expertise in Finance, with strong business and technical skills in Project Systems and Asset Accounting, preferably in SAP. 
They will provide support and guidance to Health, Province. and Education throughout the remainder of the program including UAT, Data Conversion, Training, Operational Readiness, Business Ramp down, Ramp up, Hyper Care and transition to post live support.
The Consultant will work closely with the business resources, the SAP MP Program Management Office, SAP Service Management, and client stakeholders.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Support understanding of solution process impacts for transition to S4 Hana
•    Support quality assurance, UAT, Data Conversion, Training, Operational Readiness, Business Ramp down, Ramp up, Hyper Care and transition to post live support including:
o    Training of Sector business and support teams
o    Issue investigation and trouble shooting to support sectors
o    Client understanding and support in preparation of system implementation
o    Clarification and investigation into data conversion where required
•    Collaborate with sector partners toward the refinement, enhancement, and clarification of Business change and solution adoption.
CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS:
•    5+ Years Asset accounting, capital policies, plant maintenance/capital investment orders, amortization
•    Knowledge, SAP PS and IM (Project Systems and Investment Management)
•    Experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
•    Experience with Budgeting and Forecasting
•    5+ years data analysis
•    Strong skills with Microsoft Office suite of products Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•    Experience working with SAP CPS (Project Systems and Investment Management) in operations or on a project
•    Experience with Public Sector Accounting Board
•    Knowledge of integration points in the SAP ecosystem across modules related to finance.
•    Knowledge of process management in Solution Manager
•    Knowledge and/or experience in the following methodologies: project management, scrum, lean six sigma, change management (PROSCI).
•    Experience training clients on SAP solution, and in particular Project Systems and Investment Management.
CONSULTANT / DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Consultant’s role is to work closely with the BPT Pillar Leads to complete and report on the deliverables as assigned. In addition, the responsibilities of the Consultant may include:
•    Providing the PMO and Pillar Leads with: 
o    Regular status reports 
o    Risk and issue details to be managed and mitigated. 
o    Adhering to SAP MP division policies and procedures
