ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience providing second-line desktop, end-user, or IT operations support within a corporate environment, with demonstrated experience operating at a senior or lead level.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, and enterprise desktop technologies.
Strong knowledge of PCs, laptops, peripherals, and end-user hardware and software configurations.
Experience installing, configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop technologies.

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to support a global enterprise organization undertaking a multi-year ServiceNow rollout across multiple operating companies.
ABOUT THE PROJECT The core ServiceNow platform has already been implemented at the corporate level, and the current phase focuses on onboarding additional OpCos with minimal customization. The implementation is being delivered in partnership with a global SI, with internal teams responsible for coordination, governance, and rollout execution.
