Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

As Business Systems Analyst you will play a vital role in operational and strategic capabilities as part of a service group team that acts as a resource base for all functional areas of the organization. About the Responsibilities
- Help build, manage and support applications built on Salesforce platform.
- Create tools in multiple platforms (SQL, Salesforce, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) to help manage the day-to-day responsibilities or create reports for various functional areas.
- Work with key stakeholders and external partners to analyze business challenges, and design practical and achievable solutions.
- Partner with operational groups to redesign or design, optimize processes, and implement new business systems to improve operations.
- Engage and enhance relationships with business and IT stakeholders to prioritize projects and align IT priorities with business objectives.
- Document functional, business, and technical requirements for implementing solutions to support business strategies.
- Take initiative to resolve escalated production issues and steps to minimize future issues.
- Be flexible with shifting priorities and effectively function under deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Manage projects and changes as assigned through the full SDLC, from inception to roll-out. Remove barriers, and inform and enable project teams for successful implementation.
- Collaborate with IT implementation teams to ensure tools or software packages are implemented according to specification and function properly before they are released to production. Follow up on delivery, review and report results after roll-out.
About the Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar technical role with 2-3 years of experience working in Salesforce environment.
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in a technical or engineering field.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce ecosystem including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning UI.
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce products to develop business or client solutions – configuring Salesforce CRM products, modifying screens, changing workflows, validation rules, security controls, data analysis, and reporting.
- Self-starter, motivated, results-oriented with exceptional analytical and technical skills.
- Proven effectiveness at managing multiple tasks of varying complexities, meeting tight deadlines and working well under pressure.
- Ability to actively listen, visualize and brainstorm with clients to create optimal solutions to complex business problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with experience writing business requirements, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Strong skills and experience working with SQL, data analysis & manipulation, and relational databases.
- Familiarity with software development and project management lifecycle practices.
About the Role
This is a six (6) month hybrid (remote and onsite) contract position with strong opportunity to extend, or turn into fulltime work based on performance. While opportunities to work remote-only for exceptional candidates can be accommodated, preference will be given to candidates who can work locally onsite at client’s Mississauga offices.

Technical Solution Architect (Hybrid)

About the responsibilities
- Accountable for the strategic direction and leading the development and support of application solutions for enterprise functional areas.

About the Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT industry with strong knowledge of cloud architectures, various technology domains, application development practices.
- Proven experience in adopting and transitioning to cloud technologies from existing legacy on-premise and hybrid architectures.
- Experience with modern CRM solutions and customer facing systems (e.g. Salesforce, Mulesoft etc.) and cross-channel customer experience digital solutions (e.g. Amazon Connect, Marketing Cloud, various cloud productivity suite, etc.).
- Expert knowledge across technology architecture domains and practices, capable of driving from strategy to architecture to design and implementation. TOGAF or equivalent certification is a definite asset.
- Ability to work well with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, conceptualize solutions, resolve ambiguity, and to drive concepts into workable and practical solutions to achieve desired outcome.
- Expert knowledge of solution delivery and software development practices, application release and deployment, and automated testing, including source code control, build / package, environment configuration and monitoring.

About the Project
Our client, one of the world’s leading commercial, industrial and construction equipment manufactures, is seeking a IT Cybersecurity Analyst responsible to support and implement IT security systems to protect the organization’s computer networks from cyber-attacks. The analyst also helps develop organization-wide best practices for IT security, monitor computer networks for security issues, install security software and document all security issues or breaches.
About the Responsibilities
- Install security measures and operate software

Solution Architect (Finance ERP)
We are Systematix and we are looking for a Solution Architect with expert experience with SAP-ECC6 and typical integrations to fill a 12-month+ contract position with one of our National Media Clients in their Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal offices.
About the Project
Our client is planning to launch an initiative to assess and improve Finance practices and business processes – and implement a new Finance ERP solution to enable this transformation. Our client is looking for a Solution Architect to assist with this multi-year initiative.
Many of their current business processes and supporting technology solutions were established more than twenty years ago and have been heavily modified (and highly customized) throughout the years to adapt to changing reality. SAP R/3 was implemented in 1999 followed by an upgrade to ECC6 in the mid-2000s, with periodic updates to maintain support from the vendor (currently NetWeaver 7.4/7.5). Main modules include ECC, BW (with BEX), SRM, GRC and PORTAL. A transformational change is required to modernize the Finance function and re-align processes and tools through: simplification and harmonization, more automation, more digital (less paper) to expand capabilities, increase efficiencies and improve agility.
Key Project Objectives:
- Review existing Finance business practices and processes
- Identify modern and standardized Finance business practices and processes
- Prepare Business Case and RFP for proposed solution

About the Responsibilities
The IT Architect is responsible for the overall review of the current Finance systems architecture. As part of the RFP documentation and solution selection / implementation, you’ll define the architecture for these solutions and define how they fit into the broader enterprise architecture including integration with other systems. You are responsible for the delivery of all architecture documents and artifacts as required by our current methodology.
- Review existing technical solutions and integrations;
- Identify modern and standardized technical best practices and processes;
- Develop technology roadmap for ERP Finance ecosystem;

Education

Technical Experience

- Strong knowledge of SaaS Finance ERP solutions and associated integrations (cloud or on-prem).
- Familiarity and experience with at least one architecture framework (e.g., Zachman, TOGAF) is an asset.

Geographic Coverage
The successful candidate will be required to work from client premises and remote in order to participate in daily activities. Availability to travel between Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa if required.
Must be fluent in English or French to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently, to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management. Bilingualism (English and French) preferred, but NOT Required.

About the Project
Our client is looking for a team of IT agents who will be responsible for the migration of mobile devices as part of the UEM – Unified Endpoint Management project. Under the direction of the Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for meeting with users and assisting them in the process of migrating their corporate iOS and Android devices from Google Endpoint Manager to Microsoft Intune.
You will assist users in several steps of their device migration; data backup, OS update, Intune enrollment and configuration of corporate mobile tools. You may be required to deal with new issues related to the migration and must be able to analyze device and software issues to ensure the transition. You may also be required to help support users in multiple areas of the organizationby working with the 1st level support teams in Montreal or Toronto.
