This role is focused on leading Change Management workstreams associated with an Oracle Fusion upgrade, including communications, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale change efforts, preferably within the utility or energy sector, and be able to work in complex, fast-moving environments recovering from operational disruption.
