Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer for our Life Sciences client.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is a global life sciences organization undertaking a large-scale ServiceNow transformation across multiple regions and operating companies. As part of a global initiative to modernize and standardize IT Service Management (ITSM), the organization is implementing ServiceNow as its enterprise platform for core ITSM capabilities while expanding its IT Operations Management (ITOM) footprint.

The Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade integrations between ServiceNow and a diverse ecosystem of business applications, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, and infrastructure services. Working closely with Solution Architects, Platform Engineers, Infrastructure teams, Application Owners, and business stakeholders, you will deliver secure, scalable, and resilient integration solutions that enhance automation, improve operational visibility, and support enterprise service management across the organization.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations across the ServiceNow platform while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integration solutions supporting both ITSM and ITOM capabilities across a large-scale enterprise environment.

Location: Remote (Eastern Time) with flexibility to collaborate across additional time zones as required
Duration: 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension
Work hours: Full-time, primarily aligned to Eastern Time (ET), with flexibility to support UK/Europe business hours when required

Senior Cloud Engineer

As part of its ongoing digital transformation strategy, the organization is investing heavily in cloud modernization, infrastructure automation, platform standardization, and enterprise technology enablement initiatives across its global operations.

To support several upcoming cloud initiatives, our client is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join its Digital Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments while helping drive cloud governance, automation, security, and operational excellence.

This is a contract opportunity expected to run through the end of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension into 2027.
The role may be performed remotely from anywhere within North America; however, candidates must be able to work within Americas time zones. Candidates located in the Pacific Northwest region are preferred, although location is not a requirement.

Client Systems Engineer

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Client Systems Engineer – Endpoint Management for our client.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is continuing its endpoint modernization journey while maintaining a mature Microsoft endpoint management environment. Microsoft Intune has already been implemented, and the organization is focused on expanding device automation, streamlining provisioning, and improving endpoint management processes while continuing to support an existing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environment.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Endpoint Administrator who enjoys endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and automation, and who is comfortable supporting both modern and traditional endpoint management platforms during a multi-year transition.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Client Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).

You will help maintain the existing SCCM environment while supporting the organization’s continued adoption of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Working closely with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams, you will administer endpoint policies, manage application deployments, support mobile device management, and help automate endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management.

This position is focused on operational excellence, endpoint administration, and continuous improvement rather than large-scale architecture or enterprise transformation.
