ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES As the Senior ServiceNow Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations across the ServiceNow platform while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and ITIL best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust integration solutions supporting both ITSM and ITOM capabilities across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Responsibilities include:
Design and implement enterprise integration architectures supporting ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions
Develop and maintain secure, scalable integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, monitoring tools, identity services, ERP systems, collaboration platforms, and DevOps toolchains
Build and support integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP web services, GraphQL, event-driven architecture, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and Scripted APIs
Design and implement integrations supporting Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Discovery, and Orchestration
Develop middleware integrations utilizing enterprise integration platforms including Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, Kafka, or equivalent technologies
Design and implement automation workflows that reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enable event-driven incident response and remediation
Support CMDB integration strategy through configuration item ingestion, reconciliation, data validation, and ongoing data quality initiatives
Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Platform Teams to establish integration standards, governance, and best practices
Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control processes, release management practices, and Infrastructure as Code principles supporting ServiceNow integration deployments
Produce high-quality technical documentation including solution designs, architecture diagrams, interface specifications, operational procedures, and support documentation
Troubleshoot complex integration issues spanning multiple enterprise platforms while identifying opportunities to improve performance, resiliency, scalability, and automation
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the ServiceNow integration practice
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of enterprise integration engineering experience supporting complex enterprise environments
5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting ServiceNow platform integrations
Proven experience implementing integrations across ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM capabilities
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs, SOAP web services, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integrations
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, Business Rules, Scripted APIs, and scoped applications
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and ITOM architecture
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, Splunk, AppDynamics, Datadog, SolarWinds, or SCOM
Experience with middleware and enterprise integration technologies including Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, Kafka, or similar platforms
Proficiency with JavaScript and experience with Python and PowerShell; Java experience is considered an asset

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Client Systems Engineer – Endpoint Management for our client.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is continuing its endpoint modernization journey while maintaining a mature Microsoft endpoint management environment. Microsoft Intune has already been implemented, and the organization is focused on expanding device automation, streamlining provisioning, and improving endpoint management processes while continuing to support an existing Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on Endpoint Administrator who enjoys endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and automation, and who is comfortable supporting both modern and traditional endpoint management platforms during a multi-year transition.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Client Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
You will help maintain the existing SCCM environment while supporting the organization’s continued adoption of Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. Working closely with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams, you will administer endpoint policies, manage application deployments, support mobile device management, and help automate endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management.
This position is focused on operational excellence, endpoint administration, and continuous improvement rather than large-scale architecture or enterprise transformation.
