We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a motivated IT Technical Analyst to be a contributor to the IT Operations team with one of our key clientele.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is one of North America’s leading Scientific Test and Measurement organizations, with offices worldwide. In this 1st level Technical Support role, you will be responsible for supporting remote users on the phone and/or email, as well as providing deskside service within our client’s location. You will also be responsible for some project work and will be required to upgrade new software and hardware.

This is a 12 month hybrid contract position, located in our client’s San Jose offices. Expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days/week.
