Role Description
The IAM Senior Project Manager, operating within the CISO Identity and Access Management (IAM) organization, is responsible for leading complex and transformative initiatives from initiation through successful delivery.
This role ensures that all project outcomes are aligned with organizational objectives, industry best practices, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate brings strong Project Management expertise within the IAM domain, including in-depth knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments. They are highly skilled at presenting complex technical and business topics in a clear and compelling manner to secure alignment, approvals, and strategic direction from key stakeholders.
The IAM Senior Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project execution—scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality—as well as the leadership capabilities required to drive successful delivery. These include stakeholder and resource management, communication planning, organizational change management, and ensuring operational readiness for deployment.
This role may encompass both Project and Program Management responsibilities and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and project groups across a wide range of disciplines.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business strategy
Maintain the central repository for risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies
Set and enforce deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor project progress
Oversee multiple projects within the program and manage interdependencies effectively
Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, and project teams
Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve cross-team conflicts
Prepare project status reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, delivery methodologies, and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Foster and contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and respect
Strong knowledge of SAP
Strong knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) in SAP environments
Knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) is an asset

This engagement focuses on leading large-scale infrastructure and technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across cloud, network, platform, and data environments. THE ROLE – Senior Program Manager / IT PMO Lead
As the Senior Program Manager / IT PMO Lead, you will support and enhance the day-to-day operation of the client's IT PMO and provide program-level leadership across their portfolio of technology and operational initiatives. You will be our most senior delivery resource embedded at the client — responsible for governance, standards, executive reporting, and hands-on program management of the highest-risk initiatives.
