Change Management and Reporting & Data Services Project Manager (ONSITE Hamilton)

We are Systematix and we are looking for a dynamic Change Management and Reporting & Data Services Project Manager to fill a one year contract position with one of our key manufacturing clientele in Hamilton.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management and Reporting & Data Services Project Manager to lead and oversee the integration and deployment of complex systems for the organization on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, resources, and risks, and ensure successful implementation of systems to meet objectives. Safety is the Core Value, and the individual will make Safety the #1 priority in the execution of all work activities, including monitoring contractor/vendor safety in support of work efforts.

The project involves a business system migration where mainframe applications are being replaced with a modern off-the-shelf suite. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically with sales order management and fulfillment, shipping, and application data migration/integration project experience. A candidate with 13 to 18 years of experience in the IT industry and 10 to 12 years of experience in Project Management for system replacement, system integrations, data migrations, and report development type projects would be ideal.

The work week is 40 hours, from 8:00 to 4:15 PM daily. The candidate must be able to work minimally 4-days onsite and 1-day remote, generally. Candidates must be able to work minimum 4-days a week onsite at client’s Hamilton location. The work week is 40 hours, from 8:00 to 4:15 PM daily. The candidate must be able to work minimally 4-days onsite and 1-day remote, generally. During certain phases of the project, the candidate may be required to work on-site outside of those times. For example, during commissioning and cutover/go-live.

We are Systematix and we are looking for a Clarity PPM Functional Lead to fill a remote six-month+ contract position with our global consulting client. (Open to all residents of Canada or USA).

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The Functional Lead is responsible for partnering with valued clients to help guide them in meeting business needs and maximizing the value from their Clarity PPM investment. Through consultative skills, business knowledge and Clarity PPM expertise, the Functional Lead will act as a trusted adviser to help clients make informed decisions.
