IT Support Analyst

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for our client in Fort Collins, Colorado.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Systematix is supporting a global organization as they prepare for a major Microsoft 365 and identity migration scheduled within the next 60 days. To ensure readiness and operational stability, our client is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support within a Windows enterprise environment.  This role requires onsite presence in Fort Collins, Colorado. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day end-user operations while contributing to migration readiness activities.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will provide hands-on desktop and end-user support across a Windows-based enterprise environment while assisting with identity and Microsoft 365-related support activities.
Responsibilities include:

• Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user issues in a timely manner while meeting established ticket SLAs
• Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Managing user accounts, licensing, and basic Microsoft 365 service-related issues
• Supporting on-premises Active Directory user accounts and access requests
• Assisting with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user identity support in a hybrid environment
• Supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and endpoint-related security troubleshooting
• Following established procedures while working independently to resolve technical issues
• Communicating clearly and professionally with end users to ensure a positive support experience

REQUIREMENTS
Must-have:

• Proven experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support in a Windows enterprise environment
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and end-user issues
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, and access-related issues
• Working experience with on-premises Active Directory
• Experience supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user identities
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Basic understanding of hybrid identity environments combining on-prem AD and Entra ID
• Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and meet ticket SLAs
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience assisting with Microsoft 365 or Entra ID tenant migrations
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or endpoint management tools including device enrollment and policy troubleshooting
• Experience performing basic systems administration tasks within Windows Server environments
• Exposure to Group Policy creation or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with PowerShell for basic administrative or troubleshooting tasks

Location: Fort Collins, Colorado (Onsite required)
Duration: 6-month contract

IT Analyst

We are Systematix and we are currently looking for an IT Analyst for our life sciences client.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is a global life sciences organization with a diverse and distributed technology environment supporting critical business and research operations. They are seeking an IT Analyst to support day-to-day IT operations at a South England location, providing hands-on technical support and operational continuity as part of their global IT operations function.  This role will support infrastructure, end-user computing, and service desk activities within a fast-paced, regulated environment and will work closely with regional and global IT teams.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will provide operational IT support across systems, applications, and infrastructure while ensuring high service levels for end users.
Responsibilities include:

• Providing user and administrative support for IT systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Acting as a point of escalation for 1st and 2nd line support issues
• Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of hardware, software, and system issues
• Executing routine IT operational tasks such as backups and system checks
• Configuring, installing, and deploying IT equipment and related peripherals
• Ensuring compliance with established IT policies, procedures, and security standards
• Developing working knowledge of department-specific and enterprise applications
• Identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness
• Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents and requests through service desk and hotline systems
• Contributing to service level targets and departmental performance indicators
• Providing end-user training and guidance as required

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: South England (Onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract
Work hours: Full-time, aligned to local business hours
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in a 2nd line support role, or a strong 1st line background with readiness to progress into 2nd line support
• Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related field
• Current or recent professional IT certifications are an asset
• Strong experience supporting end-user desktop environments
• Good working knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and operating systems
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Office applications
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and use diagnostic tools effectively
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based IT environment
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
