Production Control Scheduler – Workload Automation Software

We are Systematix and we are looking for a Production Control Scheduler/Operations Analyst with Workload Automation Software experience (Preferably Control-M)to fill a REMOTE 6-month+ contract positionfor one of our key clientele in the financial services industry.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Our client, one of Canada’s leading insurance providers, with regional offices across Canada, requires a Production Control Scheduler with an operations background to support their Data Delivery Team.

ABOUT THEREQUIREMENTS

  • Hands-on experience with Control-M is preferred, or experience with other workload automation software such as:Stonebranch, Redwood RunMyJob, Helpsystems Robot Scheduler or JAMS, Tidal, IBM Workload Automation, and/or the various Broadcom (CA) products – Autosys, ESP, CA-7.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of regular business hours
  • Assets:

  • Windows server application knowledge like SQL Server would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of various IBM technologies such as Mainframe, AIX, Unix, IBM System 3630, AS/400 would be a strong asset

    • 3+ years' experience in a User Research function
    • Expert in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g. interviewing, field studies, questionnaire development and survey research,experiments,usability studies, contextual inquiry, instrumentation, etc.)
    • Demonstrated experience designing and executing research programs that have positively affected user, product and business outcomes
    • Ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling insights
    • Self-starting on projects and working from a position of ambiguity is very beneficial
    • Mentor more junior members of the product team to build their awareness in UX research
    • Able to provide examples of your work

    HPAM Analyst (REMOTE)

    We are Systematix and we are looking for a HPAM Analystto fill a 7-month+ remote contract position with one of our key clientele, amongthe largest commercial banks in Canada.

    ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a HPAM Analyst Expert you will be required to:

    – Identify and implement continuous improvements to the CyberArk Vault high privilege account enrollment process with convergence to automation

    – Support stakeholders in the enrollment of their high privilege accounts

    – Define and document onboarding templates (access model) for recurring use cases

    – Work with the Product Owner (PO), Solution Architect to implement new privileged account management capabilities

    – Produce and update documentation related to the implementation of HPAM services

    – Master the technology environment and understand the relationships, dependencies and impacts of the various elements of the HPAM solution

    – You have a strong knowledge of the HPAM domain

    – You have contributed to the operationalization of high availability production IT assets (process, procedure, monitoring, incident, support, etc.)

    Functional architect

  • Guide your colleagues in identifying and formulating their needs by advising them on directions to follow;
