Systematix is currently seeking a Business Analyst for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative within an enterprise IT environment. ABOUT THE PROJECT: Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking a strategic initiative to implement a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, including integration with enterprise systems and modernization of customer service capabilities. This role requires an experienced IT Business Analyst to support project delivery by gathering and documenting business requirements, working across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and coordinating with business, technical, vendor, and customer service stakeholders. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support delivery of a cloud-based contact centre implementation project
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and working sessions
Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
Support Agile and Waterfall project delivery activities
Work with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to validate solution requirements
Support integration planning with enterprise systems and customer service platforms
Assist with change, adoption, and operational readiness activities
Support testing activities, UAT coordination, and requirements traceability
Maintain documentation and deliverables in accordance with SaskPower standards
Provide regular updates and support communication across business and technical teams
Help ensure the solution supports contact centre and customer service objectives
REQUIREMENTS: Must-have:
IIBA CBAP, PMI-PBA, or IIBA AAC certification (mandatory)
Significant IT project experience as a Business Analyst
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders in a customer-facing environment
Ability to support documentation, traceability, testing, and delivery coordination
Nice-to-have:
Experience with contact centre technology projects
Knowledge of systems such as telephony, IVR, workforce management, or CRM integrations
Experience with Azure DevOps

ABOUT THE PROJECT Systematix is supporting a major Canadian energy utility organization in strengthening its Enterprise Security governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity capabilities.
The GRC & BCP Analyst will join the Enterprise Security team and play a key role in developing and maintaining governance frameworks, supporting cybersecurity compliance and audit activities, conducting risk assessments, and contributing to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
