We’re seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst to assist our client, a large public utility, in enhancing and supporting its enterprise SAP environment. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process analysis, solution configuration, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure that SAP systems continue to meet evolving business and operational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing business processes, implementing best practices, and enabling digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Location & Work Hours
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (remote with periodic onsite visits)
Start/End: November 3, 2025 – June 30, 2028 (approx. 32 months)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Our client is seeking two (2) experienced Project Business Analysts to join their Salesforce Program Delivery Team. The analysts will play key roles in a major CRM transformation initiative, consolidating a legacy CRM system into Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud.
Working across the full SDLC, the successful candidates will analyze and document current-state processes, define future-state workflows within Salesforce, and support the design, testing, and deployment of a new Retention Cloud application. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Business Analyst will:
Requirements Discovery & Process Mapping
• Analyze existing business processes from the legacy CRM and current Salesforce implementations.
• Reverse engineer system logic, workflows, and integrations to document “as-is” process maps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and validate “to-be” processes for the new Retention Cloud application.
• Create detailed documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, and data mappings.
Solution Design Collaboration
• Partner with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical design recommendations.
• Review and validate proposed designs to ensure business alignment and scalability.
• Support configuration and integration discussions with Salesforce and MuleSoft teams.
• Contribute to data mapping and migration requirements from legacy CRM to Salesforce.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Engage with operations, retention, and sales teams to clarify requirements and validate proposed solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and working sessions to confirm functionality and design acceptance.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, project management, and technical teams.
Testing & Deployment Support
• Develop and execute test cases and support UAT cycles.
• Validate end-to-end workflows in Salesforce to confirm process accuracy and data integrity.
• Assist in coordinating deployment activities and production verification.
Documentation & Change Management
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, mappings, and configurations.
• Support the creation of training or reference materials for end users.

• Proven experience supporting large-scale system replacement or migration projects.
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, objects, and declarative capabilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with technical and business audiences.

• Familiarity with MuleSoft integrations or API-based data flows.
• Experience in energy or utilities industries.
