    SECURITY ANALYST

    We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive SECURITY ANALYST to support our client, the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), within its Information Technology Division. This role is a cornerstone in safeguarding the Government of Saskatchewan’s digital assets, helping to protect high-value, mission-critical systems that support ministries across the province.

    The successful candidate will be embedded in the Cybersecurity and Risk Management Branch (CSRMB), handling security incidents, analyzing threats, coordinating response activities, and enhancing the province’s overall security posture. You’ll work closely with technical teams, business units, and leadership to anticipate risks, manage incidents, and strengthen security controls.

    THE ROLE – Security Analyst

    As a Security Analyst, you will manage day-to-day security operations and incident response activities, ensuring timely, effective, and compliant handling of security events. You’ll maintain operational reporting, coordinate awareness campaigns, support phishing simulations, and work with stakeholders to mitigate risks and protect provincial information systems.

    DYNAMICS 365 TECHNICAL LEAD

    We're currently seeking an experienced and solutions-driven DYNAMICS 365 TECHNICAL LEAD to support our client, the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), within its Information Technology Division. This role is pivotal to building and enhancing citizen-facing services by advancing the Government of Saskatchewan’s Microsoft D365 platform and delivering critical applications supporting ministries across the province.
    The successful candidate will be deeply embedded in digital transformation projects, owning the end-to-end solution design, implementation, and technical leadership of high-priority applications considered “Crown Jewels” by the province. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and Microsoft experts to continuously improve the provincial D365 ecosystem and deliver impact at scale.

    THE ROLE – Dynamics 365 Technical Lead
    As a senior-level Technical Lead, you will be responsible for delivering secure, efficient, and scalable enterprise solutions using D365 (Customer Service, Sales), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Platform. From designing solution architecture to overseeing release processes, your expertise will guide the evolution of the province’s digital backbone.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum 7+ years in Microsoft D365 development and architecture
    • Demonstrated ability to lead solution design and development using:
    – Dynamics 365 (Customer Service & Sales)
    – SharePoint Online
    – Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
    – Azure Functions, .NET, DevOps Pipelines
    • Experience managing application security, user access, and performance tuning
    • Proven ability to lead projects and teams, and manage vendor deliverables
    • Experience integrating D365 with enterprise systems and performing data migrations (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

    DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
    • Microsoft certifications in D365, Power Platform, or Azure
    • Prior government or highly regulated industry experience
    • Proficiency with Power BI for application-specific reporting
    • Familiarity with Agile development environments and DevOps practices

    IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) ARCHITECT

    We’re currently seeking an experienced IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT (IAM) ARCHITECT to support our client, a large public utility in Saskatchewan’s natural gas sector.
    This is a full-time, onsite contract position based in Regina, Saskatchewan, supporting our client’s expanding Enterprise Security team. The IAM Architect will play a key role in designing and maintaining secure access control systems, managing the identity lifecycle, and aligning access governance with best practices and regulatory frameworks.
    The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of direct experience developing IAM roadmaps and implementing both cloud and on-prem IAM solutions. Strong technical knowledge of identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), role-based access models, and privileged access management is required. Certification in CISSP, CISM, SABSA or TOGAF with at least 2 years of post-certification experience is mandatory.

    Duration: Through March 31, 2027, with up to two automatic one-year renewals

    Functional Area

    Enterprise Security Department – with cross-functional responsibilities supporting corporate IT and ICS/SCADA environments, including identity, authentication, and access management across users, systems, and applications.

    Requirements

    Mandatory Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of experience developing IAM roadmaps
    • Minimum 3 years designing IAM policies, standards, and procedures
    • Minimum 2 years implementing on-prem and cloud-based IAM systems
    • Minimum 3 years conducting IAM security assessments and remediating findings
    • Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience in one or more of:
    * CISSP
    * CISM 
    * SABSA 
    * TOGAF
          • Must be able to work full-time onsite in Regina, SK

    Desired Experience & Skills

    • Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory
    • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and multifactor authentication
    • Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related IAM control frameworks
    • Experience managing privileged identity and access management (PIM/PAM)
    • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management for internal and external users
    • Hands-on experience with identity federation, biometrics, SSO, and directory services
    • Strong collaboration and documentation skills

    Deliverables

    • Define and maintain IAM architecture and roadmaps
    • Conduct IAM security assessments and recommend improvements
    • Design and document IAM standards, policies, and workflows
    • Manage user lifecycle, access provisioning, and authentication services
    • Integrate IAM controls into enterprise applications and systems
    • Monitor and analyze access logs for anomalies and compliance
    • Collaborate with IT, security, and SCADA teams on access requirements and solutions

    About the Role

    This position reports to the client’s Enterprise Security team. The initial contract runs through March 31, 2027, with two automatic one-year extensions possible. The role is fully onsite in Regina.
