Our client is activating a service provider partnership and implementing new IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and metrics. We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery and Service Management Consultant to support this initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITIL, and Cyber Security service operations, helping to define, implement, and optimize processes and performance metrics.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITES

• Applying base ITIL and ITSM process understanding to service request management, incident management, and operations monitoring.
• Assist with defining, implementing, or continuously improving ITSM processes including:

Description :

L'analyste BW, Datasphere et SAC sera responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance des solutions de Business Warehouse (BW), de SAP Datasphere et de SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud). Cela implique une collaboration étroite avec les équipes de données et d'analytique pour assurer l'intégration et l'optimisation des données à travers les systèmes SAP, avec un accent particulier sur l'adoption en cours de Datasphere ainsi que SAC.
 

Tâches principales :

• Concevoir et développer des solutions BW et Datasphere pour répondre aux besoins d'analyse et de reporting;
• Développer de nouveaux rapports dans SAP BPC / SAC et réaliser des tests unitaires;

• Expérience pratique en intervention sur la maintenance corrective et évolutive ou en mode projet sur des applications SAP BW sur différents processus métier SD, MM, FI, CO, HR et PS;
• Participer à la définition des exigences et à la planification des projets en collaboration avec les parties prenantes;
• Fournir un support technique et une formation aux utilisateurs finaux pour maximiser l'utilisation des solutions BW et Datasphere;
• Soutien et orientation des utilisateurs : Servir de point de contact pour les utilisateurs clés. Les aider à comprendre et à tester les rapports, en s'assurant qu'ils répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles et qu'ils facilitent la prise de décision;
• Liaison fonctionnelle et technique : Servir de pont entre les équipes métier et le département informatique. Traduire les exigences fonctionnelles en termes techniques, partager les résultats d’analyse avec l’architecte et veiller à ce que les solutions techniques du département informatique soient claires et exploitables par les utilisateurs finaux;
• Gestion des outils : Assurer les activités de documentation et tests sur SAP BW et Datasphere en gérant les processus administratifs de bout en bout dans TFS et en validant l'exactitude des données dans les rapports;
• Participation aux études et implémentation des nouvelles fonctionnalités dans SAC à la suite de la migration vers S4/Hana.

Qualifications requises :

• 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de traitement de données / entrepôts de données;
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le SAP BW;
• Connaissances approfondies de SAP Datapshere.

• Expérience pratique en analyse des expressions de besoin, conception, rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques;
• Expérience pratique en paramétrage, maquettage, modélisation et construction des rapports;
• Expérience pratique en développement des flux dans BW / Datasphere et réalisation de tests unitaires;
• Expertise technicofonctionnelle sur les solutions : SAP BPC 10.1, SAC;
• Expertise sur les modèles d’allocation et des reporting EPM;
• Expertise technicofonctionnelle sur les solutions : SAP BW 7.5, BEX, AFO, Business Content;
• Expérience pratique en optimisation des performances et soutien de l’équipe Basis;
• Expérience pratique en participation aux études et implémentation des flux dans Datasphere à la suite de la migration vers S4Hana;
• Expérience pratique en intervention sur d’autres sujets analytiques se basant sur la technologie Microsoft.
