En tant qu’Intendant de données, vous travaillerez de près avec le PO lead – Transformation immobilière technologique, le propriétaire de données, les analystes et les équipes TI du domaine SAI, afin d’assurer la gouvernance, la qualité et la documentation des données selon les meilleures pratiques définies par le Bureau de données (CDO).

ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist

We’re currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist to support our client, a major Canadian insurance organization, in implementing and operationalizing the ServiceNow SAM module as part of their enterprise IT modernization initiative. This engagement focuses on leading configuration, integration, and deployment activities to strengthen the client’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) maturity.

LOCATION & DURATION

THE ROLE – ServiceNow SAM Specialist

As a ServiceNow SAM Specialist, you will lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management module (SAM), ensuring seamless integration with existing CMDB, discovery, and procurement systems. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, establish governance processes, and enable automated workflows for software lifecycle management and license compliance.
This role requires a hands-on expert with a strong understanding of ITAM/SAM best practices, ServiceNow architecture, and discovery tools such as SCCM and Intune.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Product Manager to play a key role within their Solution Delivery Team, leading the operational support, enhancement, and management of Salesforce and related business applications. The Product Manager will oversee a global support team, ensure business continuity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across critical applications that support sales, customer engagement, and service delivery.

This is a hybrid role based in Mississauga, Ontario, offering exposure to multiple business functions and technologies. The position is ideal for a hands-on product leader with strong technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and a background in managing globally distributed support teams.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
The IT Product Manager will:

• Experience configuring and maintaining Salesforce CRM products: workflows, validation rules, profiles, roles, security, and reporting.

• Experience using SQL for reporting and database analysis.
• Proven success managing multiple priorities and deadlines in high-demand environments.
