Rejoignez l’équipe Stratégie d’Affaires Immobilières (SAI) et contribuez à la transformation analytique et opérationnelle du domaine immobilier de notre client.
En tant qu’Intendant de données, vous travaillerez de près avec le PO lead – Transformation immobilière technologique, le propriétaire de données, les analystes et les équipes TI du domaine SAI, afin d’assurer la gouvernance, la qualité et la documentation des données selon les meilleures pratiques définies par le Bureau de données (CDO).
Collaborer à la gouvernance des initiatives stratégiques du domaine SAI;
Soutenir les parties prenantes du cycle de vie des données : développeurs, analystes et consommateurs;
Définir et suivre les indicateurs de qualité des données: cibles, seuils, tableaux de bord;
Assurer la précision et la qualité de la documentation des métadonnées d’affaires;
Identifier les besoins des consommateurs de données et recommander des améliorations;
Faire progresser la maturité de la gestion des données au sein du domaine immobilier.
Vous ferez partie d’une équipe de 5 collègues dédiés à la transformation, la stratégie des données et la performance d’affaires, sous la supervision de la directrice principale.

Baccalauréat ou maîtrise dans un domaine pertinent;
2 à 3 ans d’expérience en intendance de données, architecture de données ou gestion des données;
Bonne connaissance des données du domaine immobilier;
Expérience dans un environnement BIM (Building Information Modeling) et/ou bâtiments intelligents;
Maîtrise d’un outil de visualisation des données (Excel, Power BI);
Connaissance en SQL (atout);
Capacité d’adaptation dans un contexte de transformation continue.
Contribuer directement à la transformation immobilière d’une grande institution;
Travailler avec des experts du domaine et des partenaires stratégiques internes et externes;
Évoluer dans un environnement valorisant l’apprentissage continu et la collaboration.
We’re currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Specialist to support our client, a major Canadian insurance organization, in implementing and operationalizing the ServiceNow SAM module as part of their enterprise IT modernization initiative. This engagement focuses on leading configuration, integration, and deployment activities to strengthen the client’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) maturity.
As a ServiceNow SAM Specialist, you will lead the implementation and configuration of the ServiceNow Software Asset Management module (SAM), ensuring seamless integration with existing CMDB, discovery, and procurement systems. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements, establish governance processes, and enable automated workflows for software lifecycle management and license compliance.
This role requires a hands-on expert with a strong understanding of ITAM/SAM best practices, ServiceNow architecture, and discovery tools such as SCCM and Intune.
This is a 6-month remote engagement with an opportunity for extension.
