Senior FinOps Expert (Cloud, Python, Power BI, Excel)
Montréal (on-site presence preferred, hybrid work possible)

Context :
This role is essential to ensure continuity in cloud financial operations and to provide immediate hands-on technical leadership to support the current team (currently operating with only one active member).
Key Responsibilities :
- Optimize cloud financial operations in close collaboration with Finance, P&SM, and Cloud teams (Designers, PMs, etc.).
- Reduce cloud-related costs, eliminate waste, and improve resource utilization across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
- Generate cloud cost reports and forecasts using Power BI, Excel, and Power Query.
- Assess and implement cost-reduction mechanisms (e.g., reservations, discounts, etc.).
- Provide interim technical leadership to strengthen FinOps practice.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- FinOps expert with solid experience in cloud financial management (GCP and Azure).
- Proficiency with Apptio Cloudability, Power BI, Python, and advanced Excel.
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
