Systematix is currently looking for an SAP Upgrade Project Coordinator to support a key project aimed at improving SAP operations and driving business process improvements across manufacturing sites globally.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is one of the leading Global Life Sciences companies, with offices around the world.  Working as Project Coordinator, you will focus on coordinating the SAP Upgrade Project and ensuring smooth operations for raw material purchases, shop floor operations, and data validation between SAP and Oracle systems.  You will play a crucial role in facilitating the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and go-live data validation for the SAP upgrade. Your primary responsibilities will involve acting as a liaison between the site and other locations, ensuring effective communication, training, and collaboration among all departments and end users.  This role is functional rather than technical, focusing on business operations within a manufacturing and supply chain context. Strong knowledge of ECC and S4 HANA SAP systems is required to translate upgrade changes and impacts effectively.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

MRP Raw Material Purchase Support: Collaborate with buyers to improve the process for raw material purchases and enhance operational efficiency.
Review Exception Messages: Identify and address gaps in requisitions and purchase orders.
Shop Floor Data Matching: Validate and match daily production quantities to sales orders in both SAP and Oracle systems.
SAP Transfer Data Validation: Ensure accurate data validation during the transition to the new SAP system.
Process Improvement Planning: Assist in the planning and implementation of process improvements using an advanced PRM tool (SAP add-on).
UAT Coordination: Facilitate UAT and go-live data validation for site users and end departments.

Review and edit UAT test scripts.
Drive UAT testing progress with end users.

Training & Documentation: Create training plans, conduct training sessions, and develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to guide end users through the SAP upgrade process.

ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS

Strong background with ECC and S4 HANA SAP, with the ability to translate system upgrades into practical impacts for business operations.
Proven track record working with system integration projects in manufacturing or supply chain environments.
Experience coordinating with multiple sites, including US and EMEA-based locations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Expertise in facilitating UAT and managing data validation during go-live transitions.

PREFERENCES

Familiarity with MRP systems and shop floor operations.
Excellent communication skills for working with global teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a 6+ month contract role to be performed in Hoegaarden, Belgium
