Project Manager
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Project Manager to oversee key client projects and ensure successful delivery. Projects will likely focus on business solution delivery, process improvements, and workflows.*
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations. This role involves managing resources, mitigating risks, and providing consistent communication with stakeholders and project teams.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.

Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify, track, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring progress.

Communicate project status and escalate issues as necessary.

Manage stakeholders and provide periodic updates to keep them informed.

Ensure that appropriate project artifacts are documented and available for reference.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an 7 month contract role, working directly with our client’s internal teams and stakeholders. This is a remote position with occasional visits to the Toronto-based office.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in project management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
-
PMP designation is preferred but not essential.
