PeopleSoft Absence Management Technical Consultant
We are Systematix and we are looking for a PeopleSoft Absence Management Technical Consultant for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department. The ideal candidate must have 10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, with a focus on Absence Management.
About the Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within PeopleSoft Absence Management and related modules.
- Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to Absence Management.
- Ensure integration of PeopleSoft Absence Management with other HCM modules and external systems.
- Provide production support, including bug fixes, performance tuning, and system enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for technical solutions, system processes, and customizations.
About the Qualifications
- 10 years of experience working with PeopleSoft HCM, with a focus on Absence Management.
- Experience in configuring and supporting PeopleSoft Absence Management processes.
- Hands-on experience in developing interfaces, reports, and customizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with version 9.2
- Experience with Fluid Application
- Ability to obtain a government clearance (must have lived in Canada for a minimum of 10 years)
