We are Systematix and we are currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in LeanIX to support one of our key clients in the Life Sciences industry.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is a global leader in science and technology, providing a breadth of expertise and solutions to customers worldwide.  Reporting to our resident Enterprise Architect, this engagement will begin with a comprehensive health check and assessment of the current LeanIX environment, followed by recommendations for optimization and best practices. This role will be critical in ensuring LeanIX is positioned as a strategic enabler for enterprise architecture, technology management, and decision-making across the organization.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITES

• Conducting a thorough health check and assessment of the client’s current LeanIX implementation
• Reviewing configuration, data models, integrations, and governance processes
• Identifying gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in the current deployment
• Providing actionable recommendations to optimize tool usage and alignment with enterprise architecture objectives
• Advising on LeanIX best practices for application portfolio management, technology lifecycle management, and EA governance
• Partnering with the Chief Architect/Sr. Director to shape a roadmap for LeanIX that aligns with business and IT strategy
• Supporting knowledge transfer and capability-building for internal EA staff
• Providing input into long-term tool strategy (e.g., expansion, integration with other EA/ITSM tools)

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with strong knowledge of EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
• Hands-on expertise with LeanIX, including design, configuration, data management, and reporting
• Proven experience conducting LeanIX assessments or health checks and delivering optimization recommendations
• Strong understanding of application portfolio management, technology risk and lifecycle management, and business capability mapping
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
• Previous consulting experience in Life Sciences or regulated industries is a strong asset
• Familiarity with integrations between LeanIX and other enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 1+ month remote engagement, with focus on assessment and roadmap delivery.  Potential for follow-on advisory and implementation work depending on recommendations.
