Data Analytics Project Manager
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Project Manager/BA with strong date knowledge to aid with our Life Science client’s new initiatives.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client’s global Data and AI group is piloting an innovative knowledge tool, Glean.com, to enhance the organization’s information management. We are seeking a highly motivated PM/Data Analyst to lead the implementation and operation of this tool. This individual will play a critical role in managing the project, ensuring fast and successful delivery of key milestones.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Oversee the deployment and operation of Glean.com, ensuring project deliverables are met within the set timelines.
- Business Analysis (BA): Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for optimizing knowledge management processes.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary point of contact with Glean.com, managing communication and updates.
- Technical Oversight: Utilize your data and IT expertise to configure and integrate the tool with existing systems, ensuring seamless performance and usability.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the tool's effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements based on usagedback.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:

Data and IT Awareness: Strong understanding of data systems, IT operations, and integration processes.
Business Analysis Skills: Experience in gathering and documenting requirements, creating workflows, and delivering actionable insights.
Vendor Management Experience: Proven ability to collaborate with external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with new technology tools, with an aptitude for quickly learning and applying software functionalities.
Project Management Skills: Ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet fast-paced deliverables.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and vendors effectively.
Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with knowledge management tools or similar platforms.
Experience in AI or data-driven projects.
Background in IT systems integration.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a 6+ month contract, with a strong intent to extend, to be performed remotely anywhere in North America.
