Senior Software Developer CRM
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a Senior Software Developer – CRM for our client.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Our client is seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM to support the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing enhancement of complex Siebel Public Sector solutions in a government environment. This role focuses on translating technical specifications into tested CRM applications, supporting large-scale integrations, and maintaining secure, high-availability enterprise solutions. The environment is highly structured and onsite, with a strong emphasis on solution quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and long-term maintainability.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you will develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support sophisticated Siebel-based CRM solutions across a complex public sector environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver secure, integrated, and scalable CRM capabilities.
- Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, generate code, maintain applications, and conduct unit testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the use and operation of CRM software packages.
- Configure and enhance complex Siebel Public Sector solutions, including integrations, workflows, data visibility, and multi-organization structures.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Siebel EAI, EIM, SOAP web services, and REST services.
- Customize Siebel Open UI, PM/PR scripting, Smart Scripts, Task Based UI, and related CRM components.
- Support secure authentication and integration models including Single Sign-On solutions and high-sensitivity data handling.
- Contribute to design walkthroughs, documentation, installation reviews, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Support accessibility, quality, and usability requirements including AODA, WCAG, and assistive technology considerations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x and 2+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel 20.x or above.
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel EAI and EIM.
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel data modeling, including data model extension.
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel Remote, including Docking Objects and Siebel Anywhere.
- 7+ years of experience with Siebel Open UI and PM/PR scripting.
- 5+ years of experience with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task Based UI.
- 10+ years of experience with Siebel e-Services.
- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSC).
- 5+ years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Jscript bootstrap framework, HTML5, and CSS.
- 5+ years of experience developing REST web services using JSON.
- Experience integrating with Single Sign-On solutions such as OID, ONe-Key, GO-PKI, and Public Secure.
- Experience with large-scale multi-organization data structures, data visibility, picklists, LOVs, and multilingual configurations.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience developing SOAP web services.
- Experience planning ETL migrations from legacy solutions using EIM and custom data loaders.
- Experience with Siebel ADM, Oracle OID, and Siebel server-to-server encryption for highly sensitive data.
- Experience integrating Siebel with non-Siebel systems such as ESRI, Canada Post address lookup services, Oracle Service Cloud, and BizTalk.
- Experience evaluating and documenting Siebel upgrade paths.
- Experience with Workspace and parallel development.
- Experience with AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies.
- Experience documenting technical blueprints, build books, procedure manuals, performance measures, and enhancement processes.
- Experience working in agile project delivery teams with strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: Onsite – Toronto, ON (40 St Clair W, 5 days/week)
Duration: April 20, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Work hours: 37.5 hrs/week
PAY DISCLOSURE:
The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:
- Senior: 10+ years of experience — $97–$100.75/hr
Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
