Business Analyst
We’re currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our client, a major provincial energy utility, in delivering critical business and technology transformation initiatives. This role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting the execution of enterprise-level IT projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in business analysis, solution delivery, and cross-functional collaboration within complex, regulated environments such as utilities or energy.
Location & Work Hours
Location: Onsite/Hybrid in Regina, Saskatchewan
Start Date: October 1, 2025
End Date: March 31, 2027
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Requirements
Mandatory Education & Experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
- Business analysis and requirements gathering
- IT project delivery in large enterprise environments
- Stakeholder engagement and process documentation
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- ITIL Foundation or other service management framework
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to utility business operations and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work across hybrid or onsite environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Power BI, ServiceNow, or similar
- Effective communication and documentation skills across technical and executive audiences

This contract role supports a major provincial energy utility’s strategic business and IT initiatives. This position is based onsite in Regina, with hybrid flexibility depending on project requirements.
