We are Systematix and we are looking for an SAP Integration Specialist for an upcoming opportunity with a public sector client. The ideal candidate must already possess a security clearance at the Secret level (Level II) or higher.

About the Project

The scope of work will be working to deliver and support SAP solutions as required for multiple systems and environments, and knowledge transfer. Development work for ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, interface design, PIPO, and BTP. The resource will be required to gather and document requirements, manage the scope of changes, develop solutions within the systems, and document the changes.

About the Responsibilities

• Assist development teams from project initiation through to production implementation in a consultative role, representing Process Orchestration (PO)/Process Integration (PI) and SAP Integration suite.
• Assist application support teams to monitor integration environments availability and identify potential issues to prevent unplanned outages.
• Assess and resolve SAP integration application failures, by analyzing dumps, traces, and logs to determine root cause of specific problems.
• Identify and prioritize enhancements to existing SAP interfaces and execute per plan.
• Assist EAI team members to identify and determine best value service improvement opportunities.
• Define, document, implement, and operate repeatable SAP data flows.
• Gather requirements on SAP integrations and plan/design based on common requirements.
• Identify assumptions, constraints, and risks.
• Provide risk mitigation recommendations.
• Liaise with architecture to ensure PI and Integration Suite functional and non-functional requirements are considered (i.e., security, compatibility and maintainability).
• Submit progress or status reports using existing templates or MS Project Server.
• Develop, design, maintain and support SAP integrations, and implement configurations using SAP integration products.
• SAP configuration in full implementation cycle from blue printing to realization and go-live, in addition to configuration for maintenance and operations.
• Develop and document SAP functional, business, and/or system requirements specifications.
• Develop and document screen, report, and interface requirements as well as develop functional, business, and/or system interface or capability interaction.
• Gather and analyze information to establish the functional needs of a system for operations or project.
• Design methods and procedures for computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems.
• Develop, test, and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger system.
• Document forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures.
• Provide support on daily operational tasks, analysis, diagnosis, recommendation, configuring, and implementation to changes, bugs, and emergency fixes.
• Work with clients to gather requirements and translate to design.

About the Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as an ERP technical analyst performing the configuration and maintenance of an SAP module.
• 3 years of experience working with SAP Process Orchestration identifying, gathering, defining, and implementing requirements.
• 3 years of experience providing support in SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and SAP Process Integration (PI) where the resource performed all the following: Analysis, Configuration, Problem resolution, and Testing.
• 2 years of experience in the life cycle of projects performing all the following in both SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and Process Integration (PI): Analysis, Recommendations, Design and development (configuration), Implementation, Conversion, and Documentation.
• Must have experience with at least 3 different SAP projects, performing integrations with external systems using Application Programming Interfaces (API) and SAP Process Orchestration (PO) /Process Integration (PI).
• Must have experience with at least 3 different SAP projects, that used SAP Fiori, S4 and HANA.
• Must have experience with at least 3 different SAP projects, working with SAP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite.

Candidates must outline in detail how they meet the above requirements.

Pay Disclosure

The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:

• Junior: 0–5 years of experience – $40-75/hr
• Intermediate: 6–9 years of experience – $60-100/hr
• Senior: 10+ years of experience – $90-150/hr

Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
