Systematix

Systematix IT Solutions is seeking a PeopleSoft Absence Management Developer with an expertise with Absence Management for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department.  This contract is anticipated to last several years on a large enterprise solution and will be performed 100% remotely. 

The candidate must have: 

• A valid Reliability level security clearance, or must have lived in Canada for the last 10 years and be willing to apply for one. 

• A minimum of 10 years experience working as a Technical Analyst on ERP solutions, which includes developing or managing technical aspects of application software, user interfaces and third-party components. Must also have experience performing the following tasks: 

• Planning and providing recommendations to management regarding system landscape architectures including upgrade strategies; 
• Translating functional and business requirements into technical requirements; 
• Conducting, assisting with, and/or managing unit and system tests; 
• Establishing technical standards for the technical framework; 

• Analyzing and coordinating data file conversions; 
• Completing mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion, and verify completeness and accuracy of converted data; and 
• Importing files from heterogeneous platforms. 

• A minimum of 5 years of experience working on a PeopleSoft HCM or Payroll solution. Experience during this time with the Absence Management module in particular will be greatly favoured.
