Systematix IT Solutions is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for an upcoming opportunity with a Federal Government department.

Must Have

• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance Secret or higher or the ability to apply for and receive one in a timely manner (10 years residence in Canada)
• 5 plus years of experience with Peoplesoft HR as a Functional Consultant
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following:
  • Implementing, upgrading, or supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 8.9 (or greater).
  • Developing business or functional requirements for an enterprise application, including providing design ideas for new functionality and documenting functional specification.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting application behaviours, including data related issues, to identify the root cause, document findings and propose recommendations on how to fix the issues, which includes workarounds when required.
  • Creating and executing test scenarios, test scripts, test data
  • Performing or participating in Fit/Gap analysis
