OpenText Developer and Support Analyst
We are Systematix, and we are currently looking for an OpenText Developer and Support Analyst for our client, a major provincial utility organization.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization that relies on OpenText enterprise content management solutions to support core business operations, records management, and regulatory compliance.
The organization is seeking an OpenText Developer and Support Analyst to support the development, configuration, integration, and ongoing operational support of OpenText platforms within a regulated utility environment. This role supports both project delivery and steady-state application operations, ensuring system reliability, usability, and compliance with corporate standards.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Configure, customize, and support OpenText enterprise content management applications
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations within OpenText
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support, including incident and problem resolution
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues
- Support OpenText upgrades, patches, and environment changes
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Work closely with infrastructure, database, and integration teams
- Produce technical documentation, support procedures, and system documentation
- Ensure solutions align with security, records management, and compliance requirements
- Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation activities
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- 5+ years of experience working with OpenText enterprise content management solutions
- Strong experience with OpenText development, configuration, and application support
- Experience supporting enterprise production applications
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Experience producing technical and operational documentation
- Experience working in structured or regulated environments
- Ability to work onsite or remote aligned to Regina, Saskatchewan
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with OpenText Content Server and workflow development
- Experience integrating OpenText with other enterprise systems
- Experience in utilities, Crown corporations, or public-sector environments
- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes
- Experience supporting records management or compliance initiatives
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Location: Onsite or Remote (Flexible) – Regina, Saskatchewan
Planned Start Date: April 1, 2026
Planned End Date: March 31, 2027
Guaranteed Utilization: 100%
Work Hours: Standard business hours (37.5 hours/week)
PAY DISCLOSURE:
Intermediate (6 – 9 years): $80–100/hr
Senior (10+ years): $100–120/hr
Compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, and market conditions.
