Microsoft Intune Architect
We are Systematix and we are currently looking for Microsoft Intune Consultant to provide technical expertise in the management and deployment of Intune and SCCM for a global organization.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Intune, SCCM, OS deployment, patch management, configuration profiles, security and compliance, and advanced troubleshooting skills. This role requires global availability and the ability to support teams across various time zones.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
Microsoft Intune Management:
-
Configure and manage device compliance policies, conditional access policies, application deployment, and Windows Autopilot.
Set up and manage Windows update rings and feature updates.
Automate tasks and script deployment using PowerShell.
Manage Intune groups, role-based access control (RBAC), and security roles.
OS Deployment:
-
Deploy Windows OS using Intune, manage deployment profiles, and handle device enrollment and lifecycle management.
Software Packaging and Deployment:
-
Package and deploy software applications (MSI, EXE, and other formats) via Intune and SCCM.
Manage software updates and rollouts.
Patch Management:
-
Configure update rings, monitor, and troubleshoot patch deployment using Windows Update for Business (WUfB).
Configuration Profiles:
-
Create, deploy, and manage configuration profiles, including compliance policies and settings.
Security and Compliance:
-
Manage encryption, LAPS, and other security solutions via Intune to ensure compliance.
SCCM Integration:
-
Work with SCCM architecture and co-management scenarios with Intune.
Configure and manage SCCM and Intune integration for application deployment, patch management, and compliance.
PowerShell Scripting:

Write and debug PowerShell scripts to automate tasks in Intune and SCCM.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
Experience with Windows Autopilot, software packaging, patch management, configuration profiles, and security solutions.
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
Ability to work across different time zones and provide remote support.
Familiarity with supporting Mac OS devices is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of creating documentation and training materials.
Team player with experience collaborating with regional IT teams and stakeholders; ability to work in virtual settings.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues with Intune and SCCM.
High customer service orientation; ability to support end-users and IT staff with deployment and troubleshooting.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 6-month contract to be performed remotely in the eastern time zone with an intent to extend services.
