This role focuses on requirements management, workshop facilitation, business process analysis, journey mapping, and delivery support for strategic technology initiatives supporting nuclear business operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The successful consultant will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to support enterprise modernization initiatives through business analysis, planning, requirements elicitation, documentation, business process modeling, and delivery coordination. This is a highly collaborative, business-facing role requiring exceptional facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 Support the Nuclear Business Technology program through business analysis and delivery activities.<br \/>\u2022 Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and operational requirements.<br \/>\u2022 Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative working sessions.<br \/>\u2022 Develop use cases, process flows, journey maps, and business process models.<br \/>\u2022 Translate business requirements into actionable documentation and delivery artifacts.<br \/>\u2022 Support planning documentation and requirements management.<br \/>\u2022 Create testing materials, scripts, scenarios, acceptance criteria, and UAT documentation.<br \/>\u2022 Analyze complex business concepts and operational processes.<br \/>\u2022 Collaborate with business, technical, and program stakeholders.<br \/>\u2022 Support technology adoption and operational readiness.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>REQUIREMENTS \u2013 Must-have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software delivery projects.<br \/>\u2022 Exceptional communication, documentation, presentation, and facilitation skills.<br \/>\u2022 Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.<br \/>\u2022 Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation.<br \/>\u2022 Business process modeling and requirements management experience.<br \/>\u2022 Experience supporting testing, acceptance criteria, and UAT.<br \/>\u2022 Strong analytical and organizational skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>REQUIREMENTS \u2013 Nice-to-have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u2022 CBAP or equivalent certification.<br \/>\u2022 Bachelor&apos;s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.<br \/>\u2022 Knowledge of User Centered Design and Business Architecture.<br \/>\u2022 Journey Mapping experience.<br \/>\u2022 Familiarity with modern enterprise technologies.<br \/>\u2022 Utility or regulated industry experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Location: Onsite (Regina, Saskatchewan)<br \/>Planned Start Date: August 6, 2026<br \/>Planned End Date: August 31, 2027<br \/>Duration: Approximately 13 months<br \/>Guaranteed Utilization: 100%<br \/>Work Arrangement: Onsite.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Intermediate (5\u20138 years): $75\u2013$90\/hr<br \/>Senior (8+ years): $90\u2013$105\/hr<\/p>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and Saskatchewan public-sector market benchmarks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>AI DISCLOSURE<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Systematix may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of the recruitment process.
