ABOUT THE PROJECT:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Our client is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support and optimize a cloud-first Microsoft environment. This role bridges identity management, cloud operations, end-user productivity, and AI-enabled collaboration by administering Microsoft 365 services, enforcing data governance and compliance through Microsoft Purview, and maintaining core Azure infrastructure. The successful candidate will work closely with IT leadership, security teams, and end users to ensure Microsoft cloud platforms remain resilient, compliant, secure, and optimized for organizational productivity.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n In this role, you will administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure services while contributing to identity governance, security, compliance, cloud operations, and AI-enabled collaboration initiatives. \u2022 Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, licensing, MFA, conditional access, and hybrid identity
\u2022 Experience supporting on-premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra Connect synchronization
\u2022 Hands-on experience with Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), certificate template configuration, autoenrollment, and PKI concepts
\u2022 Experience with SCEP\/NDES and certificate deployment to managed endpoints through Microsoft Intune
\u2022 Experience administering Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 tenant services
\u2022 Working knowledge of hybrid Exchange environments, including hybrid mail flow and mailbox migrations
\u2022 Experience administering Azure virtual machines, networking, storage, resource groups, and identity and access management
\u2022 Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, information protection, and data governance), and cloud security best practices
\u2022 Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API (including Graph PowerShell SDK) for automation, scripting, bulk administration, and reporting
\u2022 Experience administering and governing Microsoft Power Platform environments and DLP connector policies
\u2022 Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot governance, adoption monitoring, access controls, data protection considerations, and Copilot agent lifecycle management
\u2022 Familiarity with Azure Monitor, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Azure cost management tools
\u2022 Experience working within ITIL-based or similar IT service management frameworks
\u2022 Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity platforms
\u2022 Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
\u2022 University degree, college diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline<\/p>\n
\u2022 Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104, or SC-300
\u2022 Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
\u2022 Experience with mail security products
\u2022 Experience managing Microsoft and third-party vendor support cases<\/p>\n
\u2022 Senior: 10+ years of experience \u2014 $75\u2013$90hr<\/p>\n
