This role is focused on endpoint management, identity and access management, automation, and operational support. The successful candidate will help evolve the IT support function beyond traditional help desk activities by embedding automation, self-service capabilities, and strong technical practices across the organization.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><br \/>In this role, you will support and maintain scalable IT solutions that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain a secure, high-performing environment while supporting business growth through modern support delivery and automation initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><br \/>Must-have:<br \/>\u2022 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Systems Engineering, or Desktop Engineering<br \/>\u2022 Experience supporting Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) activities and office location moves<br \/>\u2022 Strong ability and desire to work directly with internal clients on IT support issues<br \/>\u2022 Proficiency with endpoint management tools such as Jamf and Intune<br \/>\u2022 Experience configuring and managing Identity Providers such as Okta or Azure AD, including SSO integrations<br \/>\u2022 Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot SaaS, networking, and infrastructure issues methodically<br \/>\u2022 Strong verbal and written communication skills<br \/>\u2022 Experience supporting and administering environments including Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Intune, and JAMF<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nice-to-have:<br \/>\u2022 Experience building automation workflows and zero-touch deployment solutions<br \/>\u2022 Exposure to SOC-2 compliance environments and automated security controls<br \/>\u2022 Experience creating technical documentation and runbooks<br \/>\u2022 Familiarity with proactive vulnerability management and security best practices<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/strong><br \/>Location: Vancouver, BC (Onsite \u2013 5 days\/week)<br \/>Duration: Full-Time Contract &#8211; 3 months<br \/>Work hours: Monday to Friday, with potential for after-hours support work<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/strong><br \/>The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:<br \/>\u2022 Junior to Intermediate: 3\u20135 years of experience \u2014 $28\u2013$32\/hr<\/p>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>AI DISCLOSURE:<\/strong><br \/>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
