This role focuses on developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies, standards, frameworks, and roadmaps that align technology investments with organizational objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Working across multiple programs and delivery initiatives, the successful candidate will provide architecture leadership, technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, modernization guidance, and strategic direction to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and long-term technology objectives.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, recommend, implement, and manage Enterprise Architecture strategies and architecture deliverables<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Provide architecture support to delivery teams across multiple projects and modernization initiatives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Conduct technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, and solution evaluations to identify optimal approaches<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Create and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop and contribute to enterprise architecture standards, policies, templates, guidance, and best practices<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support enterprise-wide modernization strategies and identify opportunities for technology standardization<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Define business and technical capabilities, operating models, and supporting processes<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Provide strategic guidance on operationalizing business strategies through systems, data, and technology<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support the development of enterprise-wide technology stacks, platforms, products, frameworks, and reusable patterns<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Analyze application landscapes to improve performance, reduce redundancy, and optimize technology investments<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders, executives, delivery teams, and vendors to support enterprise architecture initiatives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Present architecture recommendations, briefing materials, and strategic advice to technical and non-technical audiences<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support governance reviews and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and target-state architecture<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Must-have:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years of architecture experience across multiple enterprise technology platforms<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Enterprise Architecture strategies and frameworks<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Application Architecture principles<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation initiatives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience conducting technology assessments, fit-gap analyses, and architecture evaluations<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience developing architecture roadmaps, standards, templates, and governance artefacts<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ability to define business and technical capabilities and supporting processes<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience aligning technology strategies with business vision and organizational objectives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience identifying technology risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, products, technology stacks, and composable architecture approaches<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience creating enterprise standards, policies, frameworks, and governance models<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, communication, negotiation, and consulting skills<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive stakeholders<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working within large-scale enterprise or government environments<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p>Nice-to-have:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy and architecture<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with enterprise-wide transformation programs<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience creating briefing notes and executive presentations<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working with external vendors and strategic partners<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Project Management experience<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience supporting enterprise architecture governance committees<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Knowledge of public sector technology standards and modernization initiatives<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience developing reference architectures and reusable enterprise patterns<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Location: Onsite \u2013 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto, Ontario<\/span><\/span><br \/>Duration: June 22, 2026 \u2013 December 31, 2026<\/span><\/span><br \/>Work hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours\/day)<\/span><\/span><br \/>Work model: 5 days onsite<\/span><\/span><br \/>Security level: No Clearance Required<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Junior: $112\u2013$124\/hr<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Intermediate: $124\u2013$133\/hr<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Senior: $133\u2013$139.80\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with these standards;
