The role supports Power Apps, COTS applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions while ensuring software quality, accessibility compliance, and successful project delivery.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Working closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and stakeholders, the successful candidate will participate in planning, execution, defect management, automation, performance testing, user acceptance testing, and release support activities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advice on testing strategies, test plans, testing tools, and resource requirements<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, test cases, and test data<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Execute functional, integration, system, regression, performance, stress, load, and user acceptance testing<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Document and manage defects using Azure DevOps, JIRA, ALM, and related tools<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support API testing activities using Postman<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support automated testing and CI\/CD testing processes<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Validate data integrity, migration accuracy, and transformation activities<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint activities<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Produce testing documentation, metrics, and status reports<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Lead and support UAT activities and stakeholder sign-off<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Must-have:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience supporting testing activities within Microsoft Power Apps environments<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working in Agile projects using Azure DevOps or JIRA<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Hands-on experience using Postman for API testing<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience contributing to QA documentation, test execution reporting, and test artifacts<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience creating and executing functional and non-functional test cases<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and QA best practices<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Knowledge of AODA accessibility requirements<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with SQL or query tools for backend testing<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p>Nice-to-have:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience testing Commercial Off-The-Shelf applications<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience testing Child Welfare applications<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Selenium, JMeter, LoadRunner, TestRail, or Zephyr<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Bash<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with security testing<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Curam, Siebel, or Oracle eBS<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Location: Onsite \u2013 5700 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario<\/span><\/span><br \/>Duration: June 8, 2026 \u2013 March 31, 2027<\/span><\/span><br \/>Work hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (7.25 hours\/day)<\/span><\/span><br \/>Security level: CRJMC<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Junior: $40\u2013$47.11\/hr<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Intermediate: $47\u2013$52\/hr<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Senior: $52\u2013$58\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>AI DISCLOSURE:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
