We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a PeopleSoft Developer for our client. \u00a0<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE PROJECT:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our client, a large post-secondary institution, is undertaking a major PeopleSoft transformation program supporting enterprise initiatives across Campus Solutions (CS), Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial & Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Payroll, and Student Records systems. The program includes multiple concurrent initiatives involving modernization, regulatory reporting, integrations, data migration, and enterprise application enhancements. \u00a0<\/p>\n

The successful consultant will serve as a key technical contributor responsible for development, testing, integration, and technical delivery across the broader PeopleSoft program portfolio. This role requires strong PeopleSoft technical expertise, the ability to work across multiple modules simultaneously, and the capability to independently assess and document existing customizations and integrations in complex enterprise environments. \u00a0<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support enterprise PeopleSoft solutions across multiple active initiatives. You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions aligned with organizational standards and timelines. \u00a0<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Must-have:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022 7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience across Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, FSCM, and\/or Payroll modules\u00a0
\u2022 Strong experience developing PeopleCode, Application Engine programs, SQR reports, and Integration Broker services\u00a0
\u2022 Experience designing and supporting PeopleSoft integrations with external systems and third-party vendors\u00a0
\u2022 Experience with data migration, data conversion, reconciliation, and data validation activities within enterprise ERP environments\u00a0
\u2022 Strong understanding of full SDLC processes including technical design, unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production deployment support\u00a0
\u2022 Experience troubleshooting defects, supporting regression testing, and resolving technical issues within agreed service levels\u00a0
\u2022 Ability to independently assess and document existing customizations, integrations, and technical environments with limited knowledge transfer\u00a0
\u2022 Experience producing technical documentation, inventories, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials\u00a0
\u2022 Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders \u00a0<\/p>\n

Nice-to-have:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u2022 Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and Activity Guides\u00a0
\u2022 Higher education or broader public sector experience\u00a0
\u2022 Experience supporting regulatory or Ministry reporting integrations and submissions\u00a0
\u2022 Familiarity with information security, privacy, and data governance standards within student or employee data environments\u00a0
\u2022 Experience participating in enterprise governance, code reviews, and change management processes \u00a0<\/p>\n

ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Location: Hybrid \u2013 Oakville, Ontario
Duration: Long-term contract engagement
Work hours: Standard business hours<\/p>\n

PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:
\u2022 Intermediate: 6\u20139 years of experience \u2014 $85\u2013$100\/hr
\u2022 Senior: 10+ years of experience \u2014 $100\u2013$110\/hr<\/p>\n

Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.<\/p>\n
