{"id":5635,"date":"2026-04-30T17:25:11","date_gmt":"2026-04-30T22:25:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/systematix.com\/opportunity\/project-manager-3\/"},"modified":"2026-04-30T17:25:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-30T22:25:11","slug":"project-manager-3","status":"publish","type":"opportunity","link":"https:\/\/systematix.com\/fr\/opportunity\/project-manager-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Project Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Systematix is currently seeking a <strong>Project Manager<\/strong> for our client, a major provincial utility organization, to support the delivery of a cloud-based contact centre transformation initiative within an enterprise IT environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE PROJECT:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Systematix is supporting a major provincial utility organization undertaking a strategic initiative to implement a cloud SaaS contact centre solution, including integration with enterprise systems and modernization of customer service capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This role requires an experienced IT Project Manager to lead delivery using Agile methodologies while coordinating with business and technical teams in a customer-facing environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of a cloud-based contact centre implementation project<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Coordinate vendor engagement and SaaS solution integration with enterprise systems<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Drive Agile project execution, including sprint planning and delivery tracking<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Manage stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and customer service teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support change management, user adoption, and operational readiness<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ensure alignment with customer service objectives and business outcomes<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Oversee documentation and deliverables in accordance with SaskPower standards<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Provide regular reporting, status updates, and executive communications<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-have:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP certification (mandatory)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Significant experience as an IT Project Manager<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Proven experience delivering cloud SaaS solutions and managing vendors<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong experience with Agile project methodologies<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working in contact centre or customer service environments<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ability to manage stakeholder change, adoption, and readiness<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong communication and leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-have:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with contact centre technologies (telephony, IVR, WFM, CRM)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Azure DevOps<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Familiarity with enterprise cloud environments and integrations<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Location: Hybrid (Regina, Saskatchewan \u2013 onsite meetings required periodically)<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Planned Start Date: June 1, 2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Planned End Date: December 31, 2027<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Duration: ~19 months (with potential for extension)<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Guaranteed Utilization: 100%<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>This is a long-term engagement, offering stability and continuity on a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Intermediate (6\u20139 years): $90\u2013$105\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Senior (10+ years): $105\u2013$125\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and alignment with Saskatchewan public-sector market benchmarks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>AI DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Systematix may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of the recruitment process.
