Architecture, focused on delivering small to medium-sized cybersecurity and infrastructure projects.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The PM\/BA will play a hybrid role, responsible for both project delivery and business analysis, ensuring successful execution of initiatives across security and IT infrastructure domains.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized cybersecurity and infrastructure projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Perform business analysis activities including requirements elicitation and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business and technical requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Conduct business process modeling and gap analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change control processes<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support procurement, cost management, and quality assurance activities<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop test plans, support UAT, and ensure traceability of requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Maintain project documentation including plans, logs, and reporting artifacts<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Provide regular status updates and communications to stakeholders and program teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support integration management and ensure alignment with enterprise security objectives<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Must-have:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7\u201310+ years of experience in Project Management and\/or Business Analysis<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Proven experience delivering IT, security, or infrastructure projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong understanding of project management disciplines (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality)<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and documentation<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate workshops<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with test planning, traceability, and delivery coordination<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Ability to work onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-have:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or PROSCI certifications<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security initiatives<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience in utilities, Crown corporations, or regulated environments<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Familiarity with OT (Operational Technology) environments<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working within Enterprise Security &amp; Architecture teams<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Location: Onsite \u2013 Regina, Saskatchewan<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Planned Start Date: June 1, 2026<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Planned End Date: May 31, 2027 (with possibility for extension)<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Guaranteed Utilization: 100%<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Intermediate (6\u20139 years): $85\u2013100\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/span><br \/>Senior (10+ years): $100\u2013120\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with experience, certifications, and current Saskatchewan public-sector market rates.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>AI DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/><em>Systematix may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of the recruitment process.
