This role focuses on translating technical specifications into tested CRM applications, supporting large-scale integrations, and maintaining secure, high-availability enterprise solutions. The environment is highly structured and onsite, with a strong emphasis on solution quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and long-term maintainability.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>In this role, you will develop, configure, test, troubleshoot, and support sophisticated Siebel-based CRM solutions across a complex public sector environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver secure, integrated, and scalable CRM capabilities.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop detailed programming specifications, generate code, maintain applications, and conduct unit testing.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the use and operation of CRM software packages.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Configure and enhance complex Siebel Public Sector solutions, including integrations, workflows, data visibility, and multi-organization structures.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Develop and maintain integrations using Siebel EAI, EIM, SOAP web services, and REST services.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Customize Siebel Open UI, PM\/PR scripting, Smart Scripts, Task Based UI, and related CRM components.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support secure authentication and integration models including Single Sign-On solutions and high-sensitivity data handling.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Contribute to design walkthroughs, documentation, installation reviews, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Support accessibility, quality, and usability requirements including AODA, WCAG, and assistive technology considerations.<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/><strong>Must-have:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel Public Sector 8.x and 2+ years of experience with Oracle Siebel 20.x or above.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>10+ years of experience with Siebel EAI and EIM.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>10+ years of experience with Siebel data modeling, including data model extension.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>10+ years of experience with Siebel Remote, including Docking Objects and Siebel Anywhere.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>7+ years of experience with Siebel Open UI and PM\/PR scripting.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>5+ years of experience with Siebel Smart Scripts and Task Based UI.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>10+ years of experience with Siebel e-Services.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Oracle BI Publisher reporting.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (OSC).<\/span><\/span>\n<li>5+ years of experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Java, JavaScript, jQuery, Jscript bootstrap framework, HTML5, and CSS.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>5+ years of experience developing REST web services using JSON.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience integrating with Single Sign-On solutions such as OID, ONe-Key, GO-PKI, and Public Secure.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with large-scale multi-organization data structures, data visibility, picklists, LOVs, and multilingual configurations.<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-have:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing SOAP web services.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience planning ETL migrations from legacy solutions using EIM and custom data loaders.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Siebel ADM, Oracle OID, and Siebel server-to-server encryption for highly sensitive data.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience integrating Siebel with non-Siebel systems such as ESRI, Canada Post address lookup services, Oracle Service Cloud, and BizTalk.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience evaluating and documenting Siebel upgrade paths.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with Workspace and parallel development.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience with AODA, WCAG, and assistive technologies.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience documenting technical blueprints, build books, procedure manuals, performance measures, and enhancement processes.<\/span><\/span>\n<li>Experience working in agile project delivery teams with strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>Location: Onsite \u2013 Toronto, ON (40 St Clair W, 5 days\/week)<\/span><\/span><br \/>Duration: April 20, 2026 \u2013 March 31, 2027<\/span><\/span><br \/>Work hours: 37.5 hrs\/week<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior: 10+ years of experience \u2014 $97\u2013$100.75\/hr<\/span><\/span><\/ul>\n<p>Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>AI DISCLOSURE:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>We may use artificial intelligence (AI) or other automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process.
